Categories

Cleanliness
5
Mixed reports: some guests noted cleanliness, but several mentioned issues (yellowing/peeling wallpaper, signs of aging) and one review reported a strong smoke odor and noisy AC, lowering the cleanliness impression.
Service
9.5
Consistently praised: multiple reviews highlight friendly, helpful and attentive front-desk staff (assisted with late check-in, taxi booking, clear directions), making service a strong point.
Location
9
Frequently noted as convenient and close to the train station; guests found access easy and appreciated nearby restaurants and transport links.
Room Quality
5.5
Mixed comfort: some guests found rooms comfortable, but there are repeated mentions of an old unit bath, noise from the AC, and visible wear (torn/aged wallpaper), reducing the room-quality score.
Amenities
8.8
Positive mentions of complimentary croissants, good coffee, and the availability of borrowable toiletries at the front desk; amenities are a clear benefit for guests.
Value for Money
7.6
Not explicitly assessed in many reviews; assigned the target overall rating in line with missing/neutral direct comments about value.
Food and Beverage
8.8
Generally positive: guests repeatedly praised the coffee and the presence of bread/croissants for breakfast, which guests found helpful.
Overall Experience
6.6
Overall mixed impressions: many guests found the hospitality memorable and staff very helpful, but notable negatives (noise, occasional odor, dated room elements) moderate the overall experience.
