Prachtige resort
Pros:

De zwembaden zijn groot en veel activiteiten voor de kinderen

Cons:

Je moet altijd een taxi of scooter nemen om iets te gaan doen.

Gamle villaer der ikke lever op til forventningen.
Pros:

Beliggenheden og udendørs området var rigtig pænt.

Cons:

Villaen vi boede i var på ingen måde i en præsentabel stand og burde renoveres.
Samtidig var der i forbindelse med booking af transport ingen lydhør for vores behov af størrelse af køretøj. Vi kunne derfor ved afrejse ikke sidde i et køretøj, selvom vi havde sagt hvor mange vi var og hvor meget bagage vi havde med.

Not much to do in Senggigi itself. Great warung just up the beach from the hotel.
Pros:

Great pool areas. The smaller pool had less families and so it was quieter. Great for lounging around the pool for a relaxing holiday.

Cons:

Europeans 'saving' their poolside spots by placing their towels out on the chairs. They were there at 7:30 am! Some would go out for the day and not return until mid afternoon. Staff should remove them to allow others to use these spots.

Pros:

Il miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo della mia vita! Piscine stupende, location stupenda, colazione strapitosa! Personale gentilissimo. La camera non era modernissima, ma inserita in un contesto di casette a 2 piani perfettamente integrate nel bellissimo giardino. Ci siamo stati solo 1 notte, purtroppo!

Prachtig verblijf aan zee
Pros:

Prachtige kamers, heerlijk eten en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Echt een aanrader! Mooi zwembad met handdoeken service. Ook direct aan zee, fantastisch!

We will definitely be back!
Pros:

This is a fantastic resort for families and we had a fabulous five days here with our children. The swimming pools, staff, food and children activities (giant chess, ping pong, horse riding) were all sublime!

Cons:

We had some air-conditioning issues in our room which took a few days to sort out. While this was disruptive, the resort did give us a free meal and cocktails as an apology and I was impressed by the way they handled the situation overall.

Awful experience which did not last very long.
Cons:

We had a very bad experience with this lodging. We checked-in at 14:00 and by 18:00, we requested a refund to go somewhere else. We were given a room which we did not book because they were overbooked. As compensation, we were offered a free massage which we could not book because they say they were fully booked for 3 full days. As soon as we enter the room, there were not towels available and by 18:00 they were still no towels available even though we asked for them repeated times. We tried to spend some time at the pool area, but again no pool towels available. We decided to leave the accommodation as even other customers were experiencing the same issues and something did not feel right.

Impeccable Staff, Room for Improvement in the Property
Pros:

The hotel did not meet our expectations,but when we raised a few concerns, the staff responded immediately and resolved the issues without hesitation. Every member of the team deserves a perfect 10 for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help.

Ein wundervoller Badeurlaub
Pros:

Wir wurden herzlich nach einer langen Anreise empfangen. Der Poolbereich ist unglaublich toll und großzügig. Die Tische am Strand und Poolbereich habe eine wundervolle Aussicht. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, besonders die Steaks und Fried Banana.

Cons:

Leider sind die Familien-Suiten auf der anderen Seite der Straße und somit sehr laut (entweder durch Straßengeräusche oder/und 5x am Tag Gebetsaufruf der nahe gelegene Moschee). Das Essen war sehr lecker, aber der Service im Restaurant super langsam, ineffizient und unkoordiniert.
