Pros:

Pools and grounds were beautiful. We loved the music at the cabana pool on Saturday night, but wish it was more than once a week. The beach was lovely. We opted to release baby turtles as part of the conservation program and this was definitely a highlight. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Seeing frangipanis on the beds when we checked in was a lovely touch.

Cons:

Our apartment was across a busy road and quite a walk from all of the amenities, pools etc.. something we didn’t realise when we booked. The apartment itself was spacious but needs an upgrade and a deep clean. Oh and a word of warning, my daughter got a second degree burn in the shower from bumping her arm on the hot water pipe. The food at the restaurant wasn’t the best and the breakfast wasn’t amazing if you’re after western options.

Its a very nice place, i can say the feeling is like you are in Heaven, but unfortunately the rooms are big disadvantage
Pros:

The resort have a nice view to the ocean and also a very good vibe and enviroment. Everything is nearby, convinience store is about 5-6 minutes walk, the harbor is like 30 minutes drive, and the airport aproximately 1 hour drive.

Cons:

We couldnt check in at the right time, we needed to wait like 1 more hour for the check in. The restaurant is very delicious but also extremely slow, and sometimes the waiters dont want to care about you. The cleaning is not terrible, but also not the best. There is a lot of lizards and insects around the resort, which is quite normal, but we found like 2 lizards and 1 cockroach in our room.

Nicht empfehlenswert! Das Paket stimmt, aber viele Kleinigkeiten trüben die Stimmung!
Pros:

Leider sehr enttäuschend! Vieles stimmt, leider sind viele Kleinigkeiten nicht überhaupt nicht stimmen.
Das Familienzimmer war groß, das Internet war gut, das Personal freundlich.

Cons:

- Telefon im Zimmer, hat nicht funktioniert
- Schlafzimmer sind Nachts dunkel und haben nicht ausreichend Licht
- Wäscheservice, extrem schlecht und sehr teuer! Ein paar Sachen sind verschwunden und neue Flecken kamen hinzu bzw. wurden nicht entfernt. Bei Nachfrage, musste ich eine Liste erstellen mit allen Mängeln, was natürlich zu nichts geführt hat.
- 2 Lebensmittelraupen im Frühstücksbuffet entdeckt. Beim zeigen, wurde nur der Teller mit einem Schock entfernt aber das Essen am Buffet, woher es kam, wurde nicht überprüft.

Pros:

Staff are so friendly and politely. My room upgraded to seaview room, the view is so calm, peace and beautiful. Love it very much. Breakfast was very good. Food and drinks with reasonable price and super tasty. Will recomend to other.

Çok güzel bir yerde, yardımsever insanlarla paramızın karşılığını ziyadesi ile alarak tatil yaptığımız yer.
Pros:

Otelde 10 gün tatil yapma fırsatımız olmuştu. Deniz kenarı olması, iki büyük havuzunun olması, açık büfe kahvaltısının olması tercih sebebimizdi. Ama bütün bunların yanında güler yüzlü her zaman yardıma hazır personellerinin olması bizi ziyadesi ile memnun etti. Küçük büyük ihtiyaçlarımız ve ricalarımız samimiyetle yerine getirildi. Özellikle operasyonlardan sorumlu Syifa beyin ilgisi, yardım severliği bizi çok mutlu etti. İsminin manası gibi herkese şifa dağıtmaya gayret gösterdiğini bizzat deneyimlendik. Ayrıca odamızı her gün temizleyip yatağımıza çiçekler koyarak süsleyen Vovan beye de çok teşekkür ederiz. Kahvaltılarımızda sabırla istediğimiz yumurtaları pişiren, bize kahve çay ve soğuk ikramlar da bulunan mutfak ekibi arkadaşlara da çok teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar gelip tatil yapmak için sabırsızlanıyoruz.

Pros:

Es un hotel espectacular, super tranquilo, la gente es muy servicial. Las habitaciones son limpias y grandes. El desayuno fue buffet donde no faltaba de nada . Vimos la puesta de sol desde la piscina tomando unos cócteles del Happy hour. Nos encantó .

Pros:

Ein TOP-Resort auf Lombok. Klasse Poolanlage. Pefekte Lage und leckere Cocktails zu erschwinglichen Preisen in der Happy-Our. Sehr frendliches Personal.

Pros:

We are very satisfied with our stay. The staff was friendly, the food was very delicious, rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable.
There are several swimming pools, plenty of sunbeds, and beautiful gazebo's with lounge beds. Everything was clean and the location was great as well.
