Zentrales Hotel in ruhiger Lage mit Komfort - perfekt für einen mehrtägigen Graz-Aufenthalt
Pros:

Tolle Lage! Mitten in der Stadt, dennoch sehr ruhig (Zimmer Richtung Stadtpark). Sehr gut ausgesuchtes, qualitativ hochwertiges Frühstück. Großes Zimmer mit bequemem Bett.

Cons:

Das kostenloste WLAN ist sehr langsam. Der Check-In dauerte überdurchschnittlich lange. Die enge Badewanne in Kombination mit der Fixverglasung ist für Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkung schwer benützbar.

Top Hotel und Top Lage zu einem super Preis
Pros:

Hotel liegt super in der Altstadt von Graz und fußläufig ist alles toll zu erreichen. Das Personal am Empfang ist sehr sehr höflich und zuvorkommend und auch Lösungsorientiert. Das Hotel an sich ist modern, schön eingerichtet und die Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch. Wird mein neues Standardhotel wenn ich in Graz bin.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück könnten etwas netter sein. Es kann auch sein, dass die Dame an diesem Tag etwas Stress hatte (meine Vermutung) das würde ich dann aber auch einfach sagen. Sonst alles top.

Gerne wieder, tolle Stadt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, das Zimmer war komfortabel groß, alles so wie man es von NH Hotels gewohnt ist!

Cons:

Parkplatz trotz Rabattierung noch sehr teuer.
