O conceito de boutique hotel, com quarto espaçoso

Cons:

Não havia apoio de empregados. Tivemos que carregar as malas pelas escadas. Funcionários só notamos o recepcionista e a empregada que servia o pequeno-almoço.

Großes Doppelzimmer aber im Souterrain!!! ohne Klimaanlage und Miniaturfensterchen neben der Türe.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich .
Das Bett war groß und bequem.
Es gab ausreichend Parkplätze für die Autos und Bushaltestellen waren in der Nähe.
Wir sind zu Fuß in die Innenstadt gelaufen, ca. 30 - 40 Minuten (durch den Park mit botanischen Garten)

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag im Souterrain und hatte nur neben der Eingangstüre zwei Minifenster 30 x 30 cm! Somit war das Zimmer dunkel.
Es gab keine Klimaanlage und die zur Verfügung gestellten Ventilatoren haben nur kurzfristig funktioniert und das bei üner 30 Grad Aussentemperatur.

I wouldn’t stay again purely in the price which.is a shame ..it could have been at least 100£ cheaper

It was a lovely hotel and rooms but far too expensive 350£ a night I’m afraid is absolutely ridiculous without breakfast .. and help our selves to a drink at the bar and put our room number when we’ve finished .. at that price to stay there should be a bar man.

Pros:

Good parking. Lovely big room with added balloons for my birthday, lovely surprise !
Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Child above our room making a lot of noise bouncing off the bed could hear the thumping all evening which was a shame as we came to get away.

Pros:

Room size and layout. Immaculate and luxurious. Cleanliness 10 out of 10. Wonderful greeting upon arrival. Option of an honesty bar. Free parking. Outside entrance to a separate flat yet still part of the hotel. Full Internet access.

Cons:

Literally the only thing for me, and I'm being picky was the heavy footed walking above that happened regularly...not sure if we were below the restaurant or someone was getting their steps in 😆

Lovely property to stay at near Bath!
Pros:

Overall it was a nice property with ample parking. The staff were very nice and we appreciated the daily cleaning. The property was located in a quiet neighborhood.

Cons:

We were expecting the property to be located on an open farmland, but it had its benefit of being in town. Our room smelled a bit dingy but everything looked clean.

Lovely room and very spacious, even though it was rated as a 'Standard King'; the bed v comfortable.
Pros:

We had driven from Surrey and were on our way to a 12pm wedding. We needed to freshen up and change. Olaf was extremely helpful in facilitating and allowing us early access to the room which we greatly appreciated.

Cons:

Nothing - everything was great.
