top top top. absolute empfehlung.
Pros:

10+ wirklich schöne zimmer. grosszügig. super betten. grosses bad. mit wanne und dusche. top sauber. sehr ruhig. das ganze hotel ist geschmackvoll möbliert. es gibt eine selbstbedienungs bar. man schreibt auf was man „verbraucht“ hat.
das frühstück wird serviert. sehr fein, frisch zu bereitete früchte und eierspeisen (kein ei aus tetrapack). haben wir sehr geschätzt. kein gewusel am buffet.
personal mit ausgesucht höflichen umgangsformen. fast wie ein butler. genügend parkplätze direkt beim haus. bus direkt vor tür.

Top quality rooms, hotel and staff. Presence of air conditioning would have enabled me to give it absolute top marks
Pros:

Lovely rooms with good amount of space and huge bathroom with separate shower. Great to have a fridge and coffee facilities in the room and the breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful.

Cons:

We ended up on Bath on some really hot days and unfortunately the hotel is not air conditioned. We did have fans in the room but at over 30 degrees for a few consecutive days it made the rooms very warm even at night despite the fans and leaving the window open.

good, but overpriced, and needed gardens to merit that price
Pros:

we didn't go for the breakfast as it was ridiculously expensive. For twelve pounds each we would have said yes

Olaf was amazing really means me and my new fiance happy made us stay special. The day I proposed will be coming back.
Pros:

The property was absolutely divine, the stuff was amazing. Olaf the note manager was great. Made my stay with my now fiance more magical than I can ever imagine. Will definitely be back.

We felt like billionaires!
Pros:

STUNNING elegant design and decor! It felt like we were living in a Mansion/Palace. It was away from the crowded city center area, yet very accessible (by foot and by transit). The walk took us through the Victoria Park. Don't miss the Botanical Garden!

Staff was friendly, professional and they kindly accommodated early check-in and stored our
luggage on check-out to give us a last morning in town.

Breakfasts were Elegant with kind service!
On a rating from 0 to 5, we give Bathen House a 7!

Extra bonus - The bathtub ACTUALLY is comfortable.
