Wonderful stay in Hoi An
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Little Riverside. The staff are amazing, very welcoming, extremely attentive and make you feel nothing is too much trouble during your stay. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed and the hotel facilities are also great. We would definitely stay again when we next visit Hoi An and highly recommend for anyone looking for looking for a high quality, intimate hotel.

Wonderful Staff that are personable and helpful.
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location right on the river and you could get to the rooms by walking through the restaurant. The staff was amazing and we also liked the bicycles. The staff was very helpful when we had a problem with a visa. The pool was wonderful. The breakfast had many options and the salads and pastries were delicious.

Cons:

The shower leaked water all over the floor and since the bathroom is right next to the bed, there is no privacy.

The hotel itself is stunning—peaceful, elegant, and perfectly located along the Thu Bon River. We loved waking up to the serene riverside views and spending quiet moments at the lantern-lit terrace in the evenings. It truly captures the charm and romance of Hoi An while still being just a short walk from the Ancient Town.

Lovely stay by the river
Pros:

We had a wonderfully relaxing time. The hotel and especially the staff made the stay so enjoyable. Great location on the river and a short fascinating walk through the markets to the old town. Thoroughly recommended. The massage was a perfect post run wind down and the spa is beautiful.

最高、また、来年お邪魔しまーす。
Pros:

朝食、屋上プール、お部屋もリバーサイド側で、素敵なリゾート気分を味わえました、それと、なんといってもスパ、滞在期間3日ともスパを満喫しました。
また、街歩きに最高の立地。
英語ができない二人にとって、筆談で対応してもらえて大変良かった。

The hotel is slightly outside the craziness of the old town, and we appreciated the peace and quiet!

The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The staff were all exceptionally friendly. Aimee in particular was very attentive and welcoming.
