Ottima vacanza a Little Riverside Hoi An
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso un’ottima vacanza in questa struttura e nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del soggiorno.

Una nota particolarmente positiva va alla colazione, davvero ottima, varia e con un’ampia scelta.

Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato molto l’upgrade che ci è stato offerto, grazie al quale abbiamo soggiornato in una suite con vista sul fiume. La camera era molto spaziosa, con un letto estremamente comodo e un bagno davvero bellissimo, sicuramente uno dei punti di forza della suite.

Nel complesso, la struttura offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e, per quanto abbiamo potuto vedere durante il nostro soggiorno a Hoi An, riteniamo sia una delle migliori soluzioni per chi desidera soggiornare in centro.

Cons:

Non si tratta di aspetti particolarmente negativi, né di problemi che abbiano compromesso la qualità della vacanza, ma sono comunque elementi che vale la pena tenere in considerazione.

La piscina è piuttosto piccola e i posti disponibili sono limitati. La palestra, pur disponendo dell’attrezzatura essenziale per un allenamento, avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovata, in quanto i macchinari risultano piuttosto datati.

Lo staff è molto presente e attento, forse a tratti fin troppo. Questa costante attenzione finisce per risultare un po' forzata e poco spontanea: abbiamo avuto spesso la sensazione che ci fosse l'intento di venderci qualcosa o di incoraggiarci a lasciare una valutazione particolarmente positiva.

Per quanto riguarda la camera, abbiamo riscontrato alcuni piccoli problemi. Nella zona del minibar erano costantemente presenti delle formiche, la porta aveva qualche difficoltà a chiudersi correttamente e l'insonorizzazione rispetto al corridoio era praticamente inesistente.

Ideal Location
Pros:

This was our second time staying here and the quality of the hotel was still as good as our first stay. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. All the staff were so patient and kind towards our toddler which made us feel at ease. We really like that the hotel is close enough to the Old Town that you can easily walk, but yet just far enough that you can avoid the busyness. We especially love how small the hotel manages to feel.

Pros:

This is an outstanding hotel. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are huge and beautiful, and the breakfast is excellent. We had such a comfortable stay that we wanted to extend it. It's well located, easily walkable to the old town or you can use the hotel's bikes.

Lovely hotel in a central location. The staff is very helpful, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The rooftop terrace and swimming pool are a must-visit during your stay!

Cons:

The spa could be improved, as I didn’t particularly enjoy the massage.

The staff were very helpful and the locations was great.

Cons:

We payed extra for a king size bedroom. However upon arrival, it was two singles pushed together. This is fine, however the bedding did not match/ fit. We found an array of single and double mattress toppers (six to be precise!) folded to try to fit the mattress. This meant the sheets didn’t fit and it was very uncomfortable. We ended up taking them off and sleeping on one double one… meaning we didn’t need to pay extra for a king bed. I hate to leave a bad review because the staff were so nice but this was definitely not and no where near a five star hotel from my experience. It was a great stay but should not be portrayed at luxury as this is misleading.

Pros:

Estaba cerca del casco histórico sin estar metidos en él. El personal encantador. Las habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas. La comida y el desayuno de mucha calidad. El Spa maravilloso.
