Friendly staff, lovely rooms and good location
Pros:

The property was within 10min easy access of old town. Also if you didn’t feel like walking they had free to use bicycles which was fantastic! It had very good facilities and the room was comfortable.

Very nice, smaller hotel with great location, nice rooftop, pool, excellent staff
Pros:

Dairy Queen and friendly Hotel. I thought we had booked a river view room, but when we arrived, one was not available. This turned out to be OK, because our room on the other side was likely quieter since it didn’t face the river, and the pool on the roof allowed a upper level Riverview, which we used every day. The buffet breakfast every morning was different, and exceptional. The staff were always friendly and attentive. Within an easy walking distance of old town, and the Hoi An memories show.

Cons:

The gym was adequate with a selection of dumbbells, but could definitely be updated and upgraded. Some of the machines were nonfunctional. It is in a very large room, so there is certainly space for better equipment that would make it much nicer. We used it often, so this is important to us.

Pros:

Los empleados del hotel fueron extremadamente amables. Y el hotel muy cómodo y bien mantenido. Desayuno excelente y la piscina del rooftop con unas vistas nocturnas muy bonitas del río y las barcas con farolillos
