Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Sijainti aivan idyllisen vanhankaupungin keskellä.

Varasimme kaksi huonetta. Matkassa meitä oli neljä aikuista. Valitsimme tämän hotellin ilmastoinnin vuoksi.
Sääennuste oli luvannut helteisiä päiviä.
Ilmastointi ei kuitenkaan toiminut kummassakaan huoneessa ja lämpötila ei laskennut alle 24 asteen kummassakaan huoneessa. Ilmoitimme asiasta henkilökunnalle, mutta muutosta ei tullut ongelmaan.

Hienosti restauroitu, erittäin tyylikäs ja viihtyisä hotelli keskeisellä sijainnilla kauniissa Viljandissa. Todella siistit huoneet. Hyvä aamupala. Maksuttomat parkkipaikat hotellin edessä.
