Pros:

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast was good and the spa was very unique. Very large size of rooms

Van hova fejlődni.
Pros:

Éppen felújítás alatt volt. Ami elkészült, az szép volt, előtér, recepció, étterem, szobák.

Cons:

Szobában találtunk ételmaradékot a hűtőben. Welnessben nincs zuhany, csak az öltözőjében. Óra visszafelé jár a medence felett, amiről tudtak régebb óta, de mégse cserélték. A medence alján hömpölygött a kosz. Biztos azért, mert nincs zuhany a közelben.

Poloha hotela je asi 30minut MHD od centra mesta v peknom, tichom prostredi. Velka, cista, vyklimatizovana izba. Dobre ranajky.

Struttura immersa nel verde, in una zona residenziale a circa 6 km dal centro di Budapest. Camere basic accoglienti così come il centro S.P.A., sufficiente ma migliorabile, sia a livello manutentivo che di rinnovamento vero e proprio, purtroppo non essendo ancora stagione non abbiamo potuto usufruire della splendida area esterna con piscina. Colazione buona con discreta varietà di dolce e salato

Struttura datata, andrebbe rinnovata, sia lato hotelerie che lato spa.Colazione buona ma migliorabile sia per qualità che per varietà.

Bellissima struttura, accogliente e funzionale
Pros:

L’hotel é posizionato in una zona tranquilla appena a 20min dal centro di Budapest. Ha un ristorante squisito ed ha tutti i servizi utili e necessari. Davvero un ottima struttura.

Kedves személyzet és jó elhelyezkedés, viszont a zaj és a kényelmetlen ágy rontott az összhatáson
Pros:

A reggeli nagyon bőséges és változatos volt, külön kiemelnénk, hogy a croissant friss és finom volt. Az elhelyezkedés csodás, a spa részleg is kellemes élményt nyújtott, főleg a finn szauna és a benti medence, amelyeket tudtunk használni.

A személyzet végig nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Külön pozitívum számunkra, hogy a recepció 0–24 elérhető volt, így az esküvő miatt késői érkezés és közlekedés sem okozott problémát.

Cons:

Sajnos összességében csalódás volt számunkra a szállás. A falak rendkívül vékonyak, a szomszéd szobából még az alap beszélgetéseket is teljesen tisztán lehetett hallani, ami eléggé zavaró volt pihenés közben.

Ami számunkra különösen érthetetlen volt, hogy pünkösd hétfőn reggel 8 órától egészen este 8-ig folyamatos munkavégzés zajlott a medence környékén. Ha ez egy sima hétköznap lett volna, valószínűleg elnézőbbek vagyunk, de egy ünnepi, hosszú hétvégén az ember kifejezetten pihenni érkezik. Egész nap hangos flexelés és egyéb munkazaj hallatszott közvetlenül az ablakunk alatt, emiatt sajnos sem a medencét, sem a kültéri napozó részt nem tudtuk használni, ráadásul mindenhol munkások.

Hasonló élményünk volt a jakuzzinál is: a jacuzzi környékén is folyamatosan sok ember mozgott, egyáltalán nem volt nyugodt vagy elszeparált a környezet.

Az ágy sajnos nagyon kényelmetlen volt, a matrac vékony és besüppedős, még 55 kg alatt is. A páromnak konkrétan fájt tőle a háta.

Emellett a zuhanyzóban fekete penészt is találtunk, ami szintén kellemetlen volt.

Ezek külön-külön talán apróságnak tűnhetnek, de összességében pont ezek azok a dolgok, amik miatt az ember valószínűleg nem tér vissza újra.

A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, a reggeli bőséges és finom. A szoba felszereltsége megfelelő és egyébként szép a berendezés.

Cons:

Sajnos a tisztaság nem a legjobb, nem kicsit macska, vagy kutyaszőrös volt a díszpárna, ami az ágyban volt a többi párna között. Minket nem zavart annyira, mert nekünk is van cicánk, aki velünk alszik, de azért ez egy szállodában szerintem nem elfogadható, hiába állatbarát. Az ágy matrac nagyon kemény, sajnos én emiatt a kanapén aludtam.
