A kornyezete, ar-ertek arany
Maga a hotel nagyon szimpatikus és jó a konyhája. A fák között ülni a napsütésben a teraszon,pedig teljes feltöltődés.
Sajnos a lepedő nem volt makulátlanul tiszta.
Valamint szobapapucsot sem kaptunk.
A francia ágy praktikus ha az ember babaval érkezik es köztük alszik éjszaka. Valamint a baba sarok is jó volt
A fürdőszobában a zuhany nem működött rendesen es a kádban is megállt a viz. A matracunk nagyon puha volt. Illetve kicsit a dolgozók is egykedvűen már-már mérgesen dolgoztak

Big territory with an outside pool, sport courts, terraced restaurants and so on. Outstanding breakfasts - diverse, with multiple options that change every day! I like the overall price/value balance.
The rooms clearly need refurbishing. For some reason we got a room with 1 double bed and 2 children bed (one bigger, one smaller), though we were booking just for 2 adults. But what was the most upsetting - is that hotel personnel barely speak English, and the receptionist man barely speaks at all - it felt like I came to his home uninvited. Both me and my friend had this impression, though we were checking in separately.
This was our 7th stay at this hotel and everything was great as usual!

It was a nice touch that the hotel provided a dog bowl and treats. The staff were nice and helpful.
the location was perfect for me, surrounded by beautiful forests and peaceful nature. The facilities were a little dated, but the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.
Reception & Restaurant staff were super friendly and helpful
The housekeeping team seems to be going through the motions rather than paying attention to detail. The floors are often left unmopped, the carpets are not vacuumed, and on several occasions, coffee cups have been left dirty and unwashed. Overall, the standard of housekeeping is disappointing and falls short of what should be expected. Greater care, attention to detail, and consistency are needed.
