Very good location but the rooms are quite dated.
Pros:

We really appreciated the hotel’s very central location, which made everything easy to access and convenient to find. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and informative throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth and seamless, and we especially appreciated being allowed to check in earlier than the standard 14:00 time.

Cons:

The rooms are somewhat dated, small, and not particularly comfortable. While this is not the hotel’s fault, we unfortunately had very noisy and inconsiderate neighbors who were slamming doors late at night and speaking loudly in the corridors. Street noise was also quite noticeable, and better soundproofing would have made a significant difference. Overall, it wasn’t the most relaxing environment for a stay.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder
Pros:

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich. Ein paar Schritte aus der Tür und schon war man am See und konnte diesen
faszinierenden Blick auf Wasser und Berge genießen. Da sich das Hotel in der old town befindet, kann man nicht vor dem Hotel parken. Das ist aber alles gut organisiert und das Prozedere wird den Gästen schon vor Anreise mitgeteilt. Das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis ist für diese Region außerordentlich gut.

Pros:

Trotz zentraler Lage war es nachts ruhig. Die Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet und sauber. Der günstige Zimmerpreis entspricht der Ausstattung. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Es gab nicht wirklich was zu beanstanden.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat uns stets schnell beigrößeren und kleineren Anliegen weitergeholfen. Auch die Dame im Speisesaal war so toll.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist total ausreichend und wird immer sofort wieder aufgefüllt. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und ordentlich. Und die Betten waren super bequem.
Die Lage vom Hotel ist wirklich unschlagbar.

Pros:

Fantastic location in old town. Close to Piazza di Statuto and the ferry dock. Can park in Piazza for 10 mins to unload bags.
Staff were fantastic.
Marianna on reception for her welcoming nature and some very good suggestions for places to visit.
And Doina, the breakfast lady, with her homemade cookies and cake was a delight.

Cons:

Unfortunately water pressure and hot water were lacking.
A number of mornings we had to wait a long time before any lukewarm water would come through. And it did not get hot on those mornings at all.

Przy krótkim pobycie ( nasz trzydniowy), lokalizacja i personel hotelu rekompensują niedogodności.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, w zabytkowej części miejscowości, tuż przy jeziorze, nieopodal portu. Bardzo miły, pomocny personel, dobre śniadania.

Cons:

Brak półki lub szafki na kosmetyczki w łazience, tylko jedno krzesło w pokoju dwuosobowym, brak choćby małego stolika, tylko biurko przy ścianie.
