Please note that Tuesdays and Wednesdays are days off at Pfalzel Monastery. Arrival takes place as a SELF CHECK in with the help of a PIN code, and The restaurant is closed for the same days.

Super plass som vi kan anbefales på det sterkeste.

Perfect setting near Trier
Pros:

Beautiful setting with nicer interiors. View of greenery going down to the Mosel. Comfortable beds, lots of storage space. Best shower of our trip!
The dinner in restaurant was superb.

Cons:

Closet for hanging clothes could be a little more accessible, but a major deal.

Mittelmäßig- wir werden die Wohnung nicht nocheinmal mieten und können sie nur eingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Sauber, gut eingerichtet.

Cons:

Lage im Ort nicht sehr attraktiv, Wohnung hat keinen Balkon sondern einen Hinterhof, der allerdings sehr ungepflegt ist und nicht zum Verweilen einlädt.

alles bestens in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Besonders hervorheben will ich die tolle Idee eines Plattenspielers im kleinen "Salon", mitsamt einer Auswahl alter LPs - herrlich, um einen Tag launig ausklingen zu lassen!

Pros:

Sehr ruhige Lage. Parkplätze in nahezu ausreichender Zahl direkt vor dem Hotel vorhanden (wenn es abends aufgrund der Restaurantauslastung knapp wird, kann man um die Ecke in Moselnähe parken, 3 Minuten Fussweg). Die Suite war sensationell, wir haben kostenfrei ein Upgrade auf unsere Buchung des Deluxe Doppelzimmers (das auch sehr toll aussah!) erhalten. Riesiges Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Dusche und Doppelwaschtisch. Sauna neben dem Schlafzimmer. Betten mit hohem Liegekomfort und reichlich Kopfkissen. WLAN funktionierte gut. Das zugebuchte Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und rechtfertigt den durchaus hohen Preis. Auf Wünsche wird seitens des sehr aufmerksamen Personals eingegangen. Hoher Standard im Restaurant, und die Weinempfehlung war perfekt. Fahrt in die Innenstadt mit dem Auto ca. 20 Minuten.

Cons:

Kein Aufzug vorhanden, teilweise steile Treppen (ehem. Kloster halt), daher der kleine Abzug beim Komfort. Ansonsten gibt es nichts, aber auch wirklich gar nichts zu bemängeln.

Great base for exploring the Mosel and wider area.
Pros:

Luxurious bedding, unique building, helpful staff.

Cons:

Having a glass wall between bathroom and bedroom means the sleeping area gets foodlit if somebody needs to use the bathroom. Maybe consider puting in blinds?
