The overall facility is gorgeous, specially the pool area. Staff are exceptional and breakfast outstanding so many small touches like drinks and fruit offered around the pool. The poperty is spotless in perfect condition and high calibre. The staff (all of them) are beyond helpful went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to help book restaurants and winery visits. This level of service was offered pre trip but also throughout our stay. We needed to depart early and they provided small picnic boxes - amazing!

Breakfast was outstanding, with a selection of local products, eggs cooked to order, and delicious homemade cakes and bread.
The owners and staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, especially when recommending hidden gems in the surrounding area.
The overall atmosphere is tastefully designed, with great care and attention to detail. The lovely pool area was an added bonus and made the summer heat much more enjoyable.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Honestly, the entire experience felt more like a 5-star property than a 4-star one. The service was absolutely excellent from the moment we arrived, with attentive and welcoming staff. Our room was incredibly nice, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-designed. We also thoroughly enjoyed the daily breakfast, which was very good and offered a great variety of delicious options. To top it all off, the pool area is simply superb and the perfect place to relax. A truly fantastic stay!

The location of La Morra was great - just a short walk up the hill to multiple great restaurants in the village. The staff were fabulous - especially ladies on the front desk Anita and Mira. Family amazing - nothing to hard. Super helpful. The setting was gorgeous.
Electricity and wifi could be improved. Plugging in the iron meant shorting out circuits!
Absolutely loved this place! Very elegant and private, beautiful outdoor and pool area, good with the parking (there is a possibility to charge your car if you have an electric one). Breakfast was delicious with fresh and local ingredients. Easy walk to everything La Morra has to offer. Will definitely come back!

The hotel is charming and very well maintained, you can really feel the love and care that goes into running this place. The staff of this hotel was lovely and very helpful.
We got to enjoy a lazy sunny afternoon at the pool. They also had pool towels on every bed and regularly came around to take orders of refreshments.
A big plus for me is that I really like the Grown Alchemist products in the room, one of my favorite skincare brands!
The room was clean and well maintained, but quite dark, as the only 'window' was the glass entry door itself. If I could have known this in advance, I would have probably booked another room.
Also, we only noticed it the second morning that we could order a freshly prepared egg-dish, as this was not really made clear to us the first morning.
