Pros:

Goede locatie in old quarter, op paar minuten wandelen ben je in de drukke straatjes en bij het meer.
Er is een jacuzzi op het dakterras.
Goede communicatie ivm ophalen van luchthaven.

Cons:

De badkamer is open naar de slaapkamer.

Pros:

Địa điểm gần nơi cần làm việc. Nhân viên thân thiện.

Cons:

Vệ sinh chăn ga không tốt. Phải đổi phòng nhiều lần, phòng mới vẫn bị tình trạng như cũ.

Excellent stay and nice hospitality !
Pros:

The property is at a nice location. The famous lake and Saint Joseph cathedral is quite close. The breakfast was good with tasty croissants and different kind of breakfast options available. The staff were very welcoming and ready to help. We felt very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Cons:

1. The toilet did not have jet spray faucet ( bum gun ), Before staying here. we stayed 3 nights at old quarter, stayed 6 nights at Phu Quoc and this was our final night before flying home next morning. All hotels we stayed at had jet spray faucet so management should think about it
And it would also be good to have door lock for bathroom and toilet 🙂🙂

2. While the breakfast was very good, we would have loved to have chicken or fish options available. The others hotels we stayed at, during our 10 day trip spoiled us by offering delicious fried fish ( like fish and chips) in breakfast every morning 😋😋

A hidden gem in Hanoi
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble for them. In particular Mr Lewis and Ms. Jenny at the reception desk.

Cons:

Nothing really, I was really happy staying at this hotel. I'm a senior citizen and certainly don't require a swimming pool but I could imagine a pool for the younger ones might be useful but I certainly did not miss it.

Pros:

Clealiness and super friendly staff. Everyone from housekeeping to reception. They are all very friendly. Jenny was great, speak great english and always has a smile on her face. Location is at the borderline of french quarter & old hanoi. All our tours and van picked us up.

Pros:

Bardzo czysto w pokojach, codzienne sprzątanie, przyjemne dla oka dekoracje i kolorystyka. W holu głównym oryginalne obrazy z lokalnymi motywami.
Repertuar śniadaniowy niezmienny, ale da się z niego wybrać codziennie coś innego.
Hotel jest nieco"schowany", oddalony od głównej ulicy o jakieś 20-30 metrów. Prowadzi do niego wąska uliczka, która w dzień żyje swoim życiem (jadłodajnia, apteka).
Ma to swoje plusy i minusy. Plus taki że jest spokojniej i ciszej. Minus że trzeba dopchać swoją walizkę od taksówki do wejścia (ale chodnik jest równy).

Cons:

To co wziąłem za basen na ostatnim piętrze, jest w rzeczywistości płytkim jacuzzi (umiejętnie zrobione zdjęcie robi wrażenie że jest większy). Woda jest w nim nagrzana i nie daje ochłody.
