Breakfast was excellent rooms a bit dated cleanliness not too good Bar tender a rude reception a bit unfriendly last year staff were more attentive - new owners to the Hotel - so it was notable changes - not fir the best unfortunately.

Breakfast was good,the room 211 that we had was disappointing,the bed was comfortable,the t v did't work,my husband had to sit down on the toilet to have a wee,the toilet seat did not stay up,behind the sink was dirty,there was rush on the crab rail in the bath,the seal around the bath was moulded.
Location, location, location. Near the pier and town. Large suite G5 which could accommodate 3 guests. A further annex attached to the room with dining table and chairs and a sofa. Room was large. The best night's sleep I've had in ages. In fact I took down the name of the mattress. Crisp white linen and ample comfy pillows. Felt so relaxed. 24 hour reception and the food at the hotel was fantastic. I had breakfast, bar snacks and a roast lamb dinner. Great entertainment too. I'd definitely return to this hotel if ever staying in Llundudno again. Very clean and very friendly staff. Beautiful room.

Parking was quite a challenge
The location of the hotel was excellent as it was very close to the pier, sandy beach and all the amenities. The seaview from our large twin room was also excellent. All the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was lovely too. Plenty of choice. There was entertainment on each of the night we stayed also. Would definitely stay again, although very pricey it is probably expected for the ideal location.
Only a minor negative but we didn't like how the door in the bathroom was right behind us and touching your back when stood by the sink. Also I would have liked more fresh fruit be provided at breakfast other than tinned.
