Pros:

One of the best spots in Llandudno . Private parking.Welcoming, helpful and pleasant staff. Delicious and huge choice of breakfast .Comfortable bed .Room cleaned and refreshed each day. Rooms provided with Bottled water and chocolates ! Evening entertainment may not appeal to youngsters , but we enjoyed it .

Proper, but bit overpriced
Pros:

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff and excellent breakfast.

Cons:

For that price I was expecting more modern facilities. Everything was well kept and clean but a bit old looking, and for that price I was expecting more. Most guests were of a retirement age, which didn't bother me, but if you are looking for a different more flamboyant vibe this place will not met your expectations.

It's a nice hotel with good location. Older clients but ones that return year after year.good breakfasts and entertainment on at night.

Cons:

Couldn't get any channels on tv room302 but we didn't go there to stay in .
Arrived with cases at 1pm given the key but told check-in 2pm which i know is correct....think they could have said go up
