Pros:

It's a nice hotel with good location. Older clients but ones that return year after year.good breakfasts and entertainment on at night.

Cons:

Couldn't get any channels on tv room302 but we didn't go there to stay in .
Arrived with cases at 1pm given the key but told check-in 2pm which i know is correct....think they could have said go up

Lovely stay.
Pros:

It was close walking distance to everything and brilliant location. It was clean and well kept.
Breakfast was lovely and they had a lift up to the Suite which is great for a long day with the dog to rest their legs on the way to the room.
The hotel let us keep the bags there after we checked out so we could enjoy the rest of our day also and there is WiFi access included at the property which is good as signal can be hit and miss around the area. The windows are sound proof which is brilliant and the curtains are black out so so good when needed. You get fresh towels and a brilliant daily service clean also.

Cons:

The reception on arrival wasn’t as warm as I was hoping.the property has family history Information and selling point is that for me and it is from a family where hotels have been passed down generations which is still on the website so that is outdated but the family no longer own the property so it just seemed like a business no family feel if that is what you are looking for also.
The king Conway suite has a sea view but wish it had a balcony it would have been amazing. But the room its self was nice. There is no door from the living room to bedroom it is all open plan too which is a shame as there is no much separation or option for this with a room dividers etc
The properly also said it’s dog friendly and when I booked after I had a message saying there is an additional fee. I wish that was included in the primal place as an option to book just slightly annoying but still happy to pay the excess.
