Staff was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

I paid for my booking on line but when I got to the hotel I was told there was a $125 holding fee. I never had to pay again at any hotel once I checked in. It was very unexpected.

What I liked about being at the hotel was we had some many stores around us that we didn’t need to drive we could walk.

Cons:

We had arrived at our hotel in the evening. Once we got situated we wanted to go swimming well we went to the pool and tried to get in but our key card wasn’t allowing us. We went to the lobby and ask the lady why it wasn’t working she told us the pool will not be open due to maintenance. I was very disappointed because we were not from there and for the pool not to be open sucked. When we checked in the lady never told us that the pool wasn’t gonna be open so we spent so much money to not have a pool on our vacation.
