Personeel was vriendelijk

Geen hotel voor een gezin met kinderen. Onze kinderen lagen niet naast onze kamer terwijl we dit wel hebben opgegeven

Das Frühstück war richtig gut und lecker.

Cons:

Das Personal der Rezeption am Abreisetag war sehr unfreundlich. Dann hieß es um 22 Uhr sei Nachtruhe daran wurde sich nicht gehalten von anderen Gästen. Das Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber unter dem Bett lag noch etwas von den vorherigen Gästen, zudem wurde kein Staub gewischt. Der Haatrockner im Bad war beschädigt könnte man mal austauschen und in den Duschen lief das Wasser nicht richtig ab.
Was mich noch gestört hat ist, man bucht bei euch Zwei Zimmer für 5 Personen zum Übernachten, bezahlt viel Geld dafür und man muss dann noch den Parkplatz bezahlen, das man dort für eine Nacht steht (3€). Er sollte für Gäste kostenlos sein.

Buen hotel para Europa Park!
Pros:

Es fácil de llegar y cerca de Europa Park. Las camas son cómodas. El desayuno es muy bueno. Perfecto para una estancia corta.

Cons:

Hay que pagar adicional por el estacionamiento. Las habitaciones son pequeñas. No tiene buenos restaurantes cerca.
