Überteuertes und sehr schlechtes Hotel.

Nur der Ort ist bez. der Nähe zum Park hilfreich.

Cons:

Die ganze Nacht über war ein lautes Geräusch einer Maschine zu hören, was unseren Schlaf erheblich beeinträchtigte. Am nächsten Morgen meldeten wir das Problem umgehend an der Rezeption. Uns wurde zugesichert, dass sich der Hausmeister darum kümmern würde. Leider wurde den ganzen Tag nichts unternommen.

Als wir am Abend mit unseren kleinen Kindern zurückkehrten, die dringend schlafen mussten, bestand das Problem weiterhin. Der Hausmeister erschien erst, nachdem die Kinder bereits eingeschlafen waren, sodass uns seine Unterstützung zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr weiterhalf.

Zusätzlich mussten wir mehrere Silberfische im Zimmer feststellen. Für einen Preis von knapp CHF 400.– für zwei Nächte hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet.

Für uns war das leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung – einmal und nie wieder.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend.
Pros:

Das hilfreiche Personal beim Checkin.
Das Bett war einigermaßen bequem, die Kissen gut.
Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, jedoch sollte eine Fernbedienung im Zimmer liegen, damit man nicht immer wieder aufstehen muss, wenn es doch zu kalt ist.

Cons:

Der Teppich hatte Flecken/ Rückstande von Schokolade neben dem Bett?!
Morgens ab 6 Uhr kratzenende, schleifende und hämmernde Geräusche oben drüber, nebenan und vor der Tür. Es wurden Möbel umher geschoben, die Türen laut zu geschlagen usw. -> Schlafen war nicht mehr möglich.

Das Frühstück war etwas spärlich ab 10 Uhr, obwohl bis11 Uhr angeboten wird.

Gläser standen im Zimmer, jedoch keine Flasche Wasser.
