Muy buena experiencia
Pros:

La ubicación era muy adecuada si vas a Europa park. El personal era majísimo y el desayuno era muy bueno y completo.

Cons:

La habitación estaba limpia pero no impoluta.

Pratique pour se rendre à Europa Park.
Pros:

Bon rapport qualité/prix et à proximité d’Europa Park (10min).
Petit dej correct.
Personnel sympathique.
Literie confortable.
Il y’a tout ce qu’il faut pour y passer 2 ou 3 nuits, pas plus.

Cons:

Isolation moyenne.
Parking à 5€, mouais…cher pour ce que c’est, emplacement classique non fermé.

La posizione all’uscita dell’autostrada e i 15 minuti da Europa Park

Avevamo prenotato due notti ma dopo la prima notte abbiamo deciso di tornare indietro tanto era pessima la camera. PESSIMA. Sporca e piena di peli e capelli ovunque. Briciole non identificate sui ripiani dove avremmo dovuto mettere i vestiti, peli in bagno sul bancone, sul WC, nella vasca, sul piumone, sul cuscino. Il bagno non è come viene illustrato nelle foto!!! È molto più vecchio e sporco, il soffione della doccia pieno di calcare, la tenda della doccia ingiallita in basso… decisamente squallido e lontano da come visto in foto. Nonostante le mie motivazioni della rinuncia alla seconda notte non rimborsabile, né le ragazze alla reception né la responsabile al bar hanno fornito delle scuse. Servizio pessimo.

Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt! TOP Sauberkeit!
Pros:

Es war sehr sauber, die Lage zum Europa-Park super und Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Babybett reserviert, welches dann abends bei Ankuft nicht im Zimmer bereit war. Ein wenig mühsam, aber die nette Mitarbeiterin hat es dann sofort organisiert. Und eine zusätzliche WC-Papierrolle wäre auch nicht zu viel gewesen xD

Parking payant 5 euros pour un parking non surveillé. Parquez vous en face au burger king . Cest pareil.
