Cảm nhận sau chuyến lưu trú 3 ngày 2 đêm!!!
Pros:

- Khách sạn mới sửa lại nên mọi thứ từ giường nệm và các thiết bị đều mới.
- Giường lò xo khá êm, được trang bị đầy đủ các loại dụng cụ từ bàn chải đến lược và máy sấy.
- Mình đi 2 đêm, nên ngày thứ 2 bên ks có vào dọn dẹp lại phòng sạch sẽ. Fill thêm nước miễn phí trà và cf. Có miễn phí nước chai loại 350ml cả cf gói và trà gói đều miễn phí.
- Từ các chị lễ tân và các anh các chú bảo vệ đều rất vui vẻ và niềm nở.
- Bao ăn sáng Buffet. Các món ăn sáng đa dạng và dễ ăn. Từ món khô đến các món nước và tráng miệng đều có đầy đủ hết.
- Hình ảnh ks đăng như nào thì bên ngoài y chang vậy.
- Khách sạn ngay mặt tiền biển, kế bên có cửa hàng tiện lợi và có 1 chỗ đậu hũ cô vân 3 khá ngon nha.

Cons:

- Mình hi vọng khách sạn về phần máy lạnh của phòng gia đình 2 giường. Chỉ mát mát thôi không được lạnh như mong muốn vì phòng rộng, lại có cửa kính nên buổi sáng trời nắng hắt vào.
- Về phần thang máy cũng khá cũ. Hi vọng khách sạn cải thiện ạ.

Hotel an der Strandpromenade
Pros:

Wir waren 10 Tage im One Season Boutique Hotel.
Das Hotel ist an der Strandpromenade gelegen. Um zum weitläufigen und feinsandigen Strand zu gelangen muss nur die vielbefahrene Uferstraße überquert werden. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, aber sehr klein. Sind gegen Aufpreis dann in ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Meerblick umgezogen. Das Zimmer war größer, vom Bett aus konnte der Strand gesehen werden und der Besuch der Sauna (auf 30 Minuten begrenzt) war inkludiert. Bei den Doppelzimmern muss die Sauna extra bezahlt werden. Für 30 Minuten, was für einen Saunabesuch zu kurz bemessen ist, ist der aufgerufene Preis zu hoch.
Sowohl im Hotel, als auch allgemein konnte kaum jemand Englisch sprechen. Der Dolmetscher des Smartphones leistete da gute Dienste. Das Personal war aber stets hilfsbereit, besonders Ms. Thao war immer ansprechbar, sprach auch etwas Englisch und hatte für alle Fragen eine Lösung.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist stark verbesserungswürdig. Insbesondere für westliche Gäste ist das Angebot gering: Eier werden frisch zubereitet, Toast, knochentrockenes Baguette, kein Schinken, Wurst oder Käse, nur eine Sorte Marmelade, kein Honig, nur 2 Sorten Obst. Die warmen Gerichte (oft nur lauwarm bis kalt) waren nur asiatisch und wenig abwechslungsreich. Am besten waren die Frühlingsrollen. Auch meine kambodschanische Frau fand die Gerichte nicht besonders schmackhaft.
Die Frühstückszeit von 7 bis 9 Uhr ist zu kurz.

Exceptional service and the perfect coastal getaway
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Ngoc Hanh Beach Hotel and cannot recommend it enough.

The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. They were extremely helpful and professional; I was blown away by their efficiency. Every single request I made was satisfied within seconds—I’ve rarely experienced service that fast and attentive.

The location is great, but it’s worth noting the atmosphere changes throughout the week. Because of its proximity to Ho Chi Minh City, the area gets a lot busier on the weekends. However, if you visit during the weekdays, it is incredibly relaxed and peaceful.

Regarding the food, the breakfast buffet primarily covers Asian options, but it is still very good for Westerners with plenty of delicious choices to start the day.

Overall, a perfect 10/10 stay.
