Pros:

接待人員服務態度良好，不論是打掃的阿姨或者櫃檯人員，甚至是入口的警衛，遇到房客基本都會打招呼，希望這一點可以繼續維持喔，很棒！

值得前往泡湯放鬆
Pros:

這次的房間比上次稍大，且有陽台上，可以瀏覽飯店周圍的景色。房內的泡湯池一如往常的大，可以讓四肢完全伸展，泡完很放鬆。床很好睡，室內溫度適中，睡眠品質還不錯。

Cons:

這次的隔音稍差，入住後到晚上只要其它房間有人開門聲音稍大，或是在走廊聊天聲音明顯，在房間內都可以聽到。進入深夜後，此情形有獲得改善。

平日住宿CP值非常高，服務很好，空間大。
Pros:

服務人員從接待停車的大哥、櫃檯，到房務，態度都非常好非常客氣。
平日雙人房價格實惠，加大雙人床，房間空間很大，有自己的泡湯池。
早餐選擇一份主餐後，旁邊的自助沙拉吧也不錯，種類不多但有粥、麵包、生菜沙拉、水果、飲料，已經很足夠。

Cons:

男生大眾湯池的淋浴間的地板清潔可以再加強，角落有些髒污。

Pros:

距離礁溪火車站走路大概3分鐘，樓下旁邊就有康是美，很方便。
停車場的大哥們都非常熱情、親切，停車免費。
櫃檯人員態度也很溫暖，服務周到！
提供各種課程可以免費參加，例如：手作、頌缽、瑜伽（也許會不定期調整？）
健身房免費使用，超讚！
房內就有超大溫泉池可以泡，冰箱附免費飲料，瓶裝水、茶包、餅乾等等，還不錯～（飲料結合在地農會的產品，很用心，給推）
插座數量也夠多，很棒！
寄放行李服務，超級無敵讚！

Cons:

最不能接受日式飯店沒有鞋拔！！！
地下停車場的位子稍微少了一點，比較可惜。夏天停戶外真正燒燙燙。
窗外景色不錯，可以遠眺龜山島。但距離對面大樓太近，無法自在地享受美景。這是客觀限制，就比較沒辦法，要選擇適合位置的房型。
枕頭有點軟，不太確定原因。
至於備品不像日本飯店放在一樓可以免費取用，就是飯店的方針，寫給將來的住客知悉（我自己是有準備啦～）
