Pros:

Locația și comunicarea cu personalul.

Cons:

Televizorul este mic și faptul că nu s-a făcut curățenie, măcar o dată la 3 zile.
Scaunele de plastic de pe balcon.
Cabina de duș foarte mică și lipsă șampon în baie. Am avut doar 2buc.sapunuri foarte mici pentru 7zile.
Nu există uscător de păr.

Pros:

Der Herr, der uns empfangen hat war sehr nett, hat uns mit den Koffer geholfen. Die Lage ist toll, sehr nah an Strand, das Schwimmbecken vom Hotel steht zur Verfügung. Der Garten ist schön. Es ist ruhig am Abend, was im Sunny Beach nicht selbstverständlich ist. Auf Rückfragen/ Wünsche wird schnell reagiert.

Cons:

Die Matratze hat eine Liegekuhle. Muss schon getauscht werden. Auf die Fotos ist Sauna/ Dampfbad. Diese existieren seit langem nicht mehr (waren für im Hotel).
Empflung: 1. neue Matratze; 2. wenigere Gegenstände, damit die Reinigung gesichert ist (es gab zu viel Geschirr und 4 Sessel auf der Terrasse, obwohl da Zimmer für 2 Personen ist); 3 Waschmop (schaute abgenutzt ich aus) nicht im Appartement aufbewahren. Die Kunden sind auf Urlaub da, und nicht um zu reinigen.

Good location, worth the money, but the beds were very uncomfortable
Pros:

It was quite close to the beach. The hotel’s pool was very nice. Apartments was very clean

Pros:

Kjempe fin leilighet, men badet var ikke ok. Vannet rant fra dusjen og utover hele gulvet. Toalett sisternen var ødelagt, så vanskelig å trekke ned.

Nice modern apartment
Pros:

Location and pool. Many shops, bars and restaurants in local area. Short walk to the beach

Cons:

The apartment was missing a couple of little touches on arrival. Had to work out myself on how to turn on the fridge and hot water for a shower. A little amount of washing up liquid, a dish cloth, and towel for drying the dishes would have been helpful.

Pros:

Close to everything, literally 5 min to beach, eateries, bus terminal. Largish apartment.

Lift in building BUT mobility impaired please note there several steps to climb first.

Kitchen good. Microwave, kettle, toaster, stove top, no oven. Nice cubicle shower.

Tv, but I didn't get it working. Supermarket next door.

No wifi unfortunately. My fault for not checking properly, but I used my own.

Balcony, pool, lounge chairs.

Can be better..
Pros:

Very good location.
Apartment almost new.

Cons:

I booked a double bed but I found twin because busy season. Slept was bit uncomfortable, Small pillows.
The toilets paper, apart two given, was extra charge, cleaning and changing towels extra charge, no hairdryer and shampoo in the apartment only hand soap.
Apart that everything fine.

Only 1 big towel each.. and people reserving sun loungers with towels and then not using the beds for hours.. leaving no sun loungers for people to use..

Perfect
Pros:

We loved our week in Sunny Beach, especially our apartment.
It was in the perfect spot, there’s a very good supermarket next to the building which is one of the cheapest.
The landlord is very helpful. Our flight has been 2 hours delayed which has caused that we didn’t make to the bus to sunny beach. The landlord was very helpful and gave us the opportunity to come for us to the airport.
There’s everything in this apartment that you need.
One of the cleanest apartment of all the hotels i’ve been to in my life.
And cream de la cream the pool is pretty nice and clean too and the sea is about 4 minutes away by foot.
