I would not recommend this hotel for groups larger than 4–5 people.

Our family reunion brought together 12 people from two continents who hadn't seen each other in seven years. Unfortunately, the hotel was not well suited to accommodate a group of our size. There were no common areas where we could comfortably gather, so we constantly had to improvise. The staff were polite but not particularly helpful, and we didn't feel they made an effort to accommodate our group's needs.

Communication was also challenging. If the hotel is looking to attract more international guests, I would strongly recommend having more English-speaking staff available.

There was also an unusual issue with the room keys. I had to insist on receiving a second key for our room, which should not have been necessary.

Finally, the hotel should invest in additional ice machines or improve the availability of ice. During our stay, there was almost always a shortage, which was especially frustrating given the extremely hot weather.

While the hotel has its positives, these issues significantly affected our overall experience and made it less enjoyable than we had hoped.

Very poor service. Staff were inattentive and rude, and almost nobody speaks English. Our family is large, and the staff refused to let us sit together at dinner — they were rude about it and physically pulled the tables apart.
The food was extremely low-quality and tasteless. Fish appears only a couple of times a week, and it's gone within 20 minutes. There is also not enough seating in the restaurant for all the guests — if you come to dinner at 8 pm or later, every table is dirty and covered with leftover food.
The rooms are old and shabby— there isn't even a glass for your toothbrush. The room preferences we submitted in advance with our booking were simply ignored.
This is not a beachfront hotel, despite what you might expect. To reach the beach you have to walk along a dirty, foul-smelling path lined with rubbish bins. The beach itself is small and cramped, with old and broken sun loungers. Beach towels are issued only against a deposit, and every change costs 1 euro.
The entertainment shows are vulgar and run loud until late at night — you can hear them in every room.

The path to the beach leads through trash bins, which isn't very pleasant for those wanting to go to the beach.
The only alcohol available was always gin, and occasionally vodka.
There was no drinking water in the refrigerators until the bar opened at 12 noon.

Kaum Auswahl an Essen, ständig kein Besteck oder Geschirr, sehr oft schmutzig das Geschirr und Tische, dabei quatscht Personal in der Ecke und tut nichts. Zimmer wurde nicht jeden Tag gereinigt so wie kein Wechsel für frische Handtücher. Extrem rutschig Boden in der Nähe vom Pool. Sehr enge Verhältnisse in Restaurant und am Strand..."kein Platz oder extrem eng". Personal ausgelaugt und angespannt. Kein Trinkwasser in Flaschen für Gäste mehrere Tage bei Temperaturen über 40°C. Dieses Hotel verdient 2 höchstens 3 Sterne.

No hay gran variedad de bebidas, la limpieza deja bastante que desear y no hablan inglés.

Чтобы дойти до пляжа, пусть он и близко нужно пройти между отелями, где проходит разгрузка отгрузка. Там воняет мусором, много машин, дорожек нет.
Сам пляж предоставленный отелем, это узкая полоса между пирсом и местом, где заезжает водный транспорт. Не очень удобно, даже красивых фоток не сделать, пришлось идти на территорию другого отеля.
Персонал вежливый приветливый, пока вы молча ходите. Было 2 неприятных момента, когда мы ругались, первый, на танцплощадке, просили включить танцевальную музыку, а не медляки и ремиксы, но шоумен неадекватно реагировал. Вся заварушка в том, что просто включается музыка и "диджей" уходит, что там идет ему не интересно, в 23:00 выключают свет и музыку без предупреждения. Посидеть в баре в этот момент можно но при этом смеяться нельзя, все же отдыхают, это второй момент. Может нам не повезло, не знаю. Вечерние шоу на твердую 3. Первый день устроили караоке, все даже не успели спеть, через час просто выключили, на второй день наняли танцевальную группу, и это было красиво, а на третий день мы просто играли в лото. Все.
Бассейн чистый, но после 18:00 не поплаваешь. Нельзя. Детский не заполнялся.

Ужасно!!! Комнаты с обшарпанными дверями. Но самое ужасное это еда, каждый день на обед и ужин из вторых горячих блюд ТОЛЬКО Курица и иногда печень. Никакого мяса и рыбы. Никакого разнообразия в еде,все 7 дней что мы были ели ОДНО И ТОЖЕ. Один раз была рыба, в этот день мы пришли на ужин в 19(а время ужина 18.30 - 20.00)рыба УЖЕ ЗАКОНЧИЛАСЬ, и нам сказали что её больше не будет. То есть по принципу "кто успел тот и съел". Суп приходилось наливать в чашку из под чая!!!! Потому то у них не хватало никогда посуды. Ужасное отношение к гостям!!! За wi fi нужно платить 3 € в день, бесплатно его не раздают.

Очень хлорированый бассейн, но видимо так и должно быть потому что много детей. Просил помочь заказать такси до аэропорта - озвучивают двойную цену. Во внешних ресторанах лучше не есть и не пить норовят обмануть в несколько раз , избалованы русскими региональными туристами, во внешних ресторанах официанты наглые.

We sent emails to this hotel several times over 2 months, asking to be placed next to each other, but this did not happen. Upon arrival, we gave a good tip to be placed next to each other, but they placed us even with children at different ends of the building, and my mother and sister were placed in a different building altogether. The manager in the restaurant was very rude, he made up rules, and ruined our mood for the last few days. The road to the beach is disgusting and the beach itself is bad. They did not clean the room, did not change the linen, a huge dead cockroach lay in our bathroom all week, we reported it to the reception many times, no reaction. Accordingly, we will not go to this hotel again
