It was ok
Pros:

Communication was good, i asked to check in late, which was possible. Room was quite big and big bed, had coffee and tea making facilities and the room had a fan, which was very much needed.

Cons:

The check in process seemed a bit disorganised but that could be due to the time of check in, which was past 11pm. The room was ok but bathroom coulf have been cleaner. Not sure what was going on with the shower, was impossible to get the right temperature, either cold or too hot so didnt have the best shower. Could not open a window in the room. Noone was there in the morning. Not terrible but definitely has room for improvement.

Disgusting
Pros:

Nothing at all

Cons:

Disgusting place!! I booked a room for 1 night as I had a friend’s party to attend, the worst night I have ever had. Friends I had traveled with also had the room next to mine. As we walked in we got some strangers looks and stares which was quite uncomfortable, the lady checked us in and gave us out keys, she let us know where our rooms where and left us to it. When I enter my room I actually wanted to cry. It was dirty, smelly and had seen better days. Only one curtain at the window would open, stains on the toilet, bedding and towels smelt fusty, disgusting stained mattress and the general cleanliness was shocking. I went down to speak to the staff and she checked my room and said that the curtain can’t be opened because it looks like it’s been tie clipped up then she said she would send someone up to clean the toilet. Another lady came up with a detol spray bottle and cloth wiped the toilet and said she will inform maintenance about the curtains. I told the manger that £50 was unacceptable for the state of the room, she said I could find somewhere else to stay but with only 2 hours to be at the party I had not time and I don’t know the area. It’s very noisy with people still in the pub at 3am, shouting, playing pool and loud music. There is only one mirror in the room which is in the bathroom, no plugs close by so had noway if using a mirror to do my hair. I turned the bedside lamp on and there wasn’t much point, the light that came from it was non existent. The pillows on the bed are rock hard. I had an awful nights sleep and went home feeling ill and exhausted. I could only add 4 photos to my review but I have more and wish I could upload

It was okay for the night but not for me
Cons:

No breakfast and the mattress was too springy for my liking. If you moved to fast you could fall out of bed. And their single beds were like 1 person. 90 x 200. That's did not meet the standard for the double beds they advertised it to be..
It showed up under Kings Lynn but it is not in Kings Lynn rather further away from King's Lynn

Not ideal for a family with kids as this is a pub. No mention of the fact there was designated parking.as well as the fact this was a pub.

Match your expectations to the price paid.
Pros:

It is good to be in the middle of town and it's a lively pub, open 7 days a week. There are food options nearby. The essential things worked and the price was good. I also slept well on both nights. Good communication from the owners before our arrival.

Cons:

Much of the room is tired and the furnishings are very basic. The windows are draughty and don't keep much outside noise out and the curtains are falling apart (Room 10), while we had to ask for the heating to be turned on when we arrived. It isn't fair to compare an old place like this to a Premier Inn at a similar price, but you can't help it at times.

Hospitality was okay.
Cons:

In the morning, we found that, although there was power to the electric shower, no water was forthcoming when initiated!

Good value - we probably could have asked for a room with a bigger bed and for the heating to be put
Pros:

The location was good, parking easy, access easy and staff were friendly. Hot water for shower, room was clean and had a tv.

Cons:

The bed was a queen size and not quite big enough for two of us. The radiator would not come on and it was a bit cold in the night.
