The room was dirty and had a piece of food on the floor from a previous guest. The floor was very wet around the bed. Unsure if it was from the a/c unit in the room or because of the heavy rain

Good stay for the money
Pros:

Very friendly staff, clean property.

Cons:

No one cleaned the room for our entire stay. The sign on the bathroom mirror said they would be there every other day. You can't have a room key card and the electronic key on your phone. One or the other. I used my phone as the key but my wife uses her phone for pictures a lot so her phone is perpetually low battery so she wanted a card. We couldn't do both.

Very pleasant & great location!
Pros:

Location, room & check-in. The lobby clerk was very pleasant & helpful!

Cons:

Breakfast could have had a better variety. Some weird choices such as a chicken patty & no English muffins, which would have been perfect for the eggs. Also a microwave in the lobby.

The property was great and a great price. The staff especially a young lady that worked in the evening (she went by Key) was extremely helpful friendly kind. She was warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional

Cons:

There were only a couple of small nit picking things like there was a small stain in the couch, a small stain on the carpet and a tiny raised spoon one of the bedside tables but again that was nit picking. The Wi-Fi was a little slow but we managed

Pros:

Had a great experience. Our room TV was not working and Lakessia the front desk lady helped us immediately and gave me another room. We were there for the NCA cheer competition and she made all the cheerleaders feel so welcome and was rooting for them when they left to compete. She is very professional helpful and goes beyond to help us during the snow storm. The hotel is a nice place we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool but the breakfast every morning was also very good. The best thing that happened was having the reception lady help us. Thank you again !!

The top floor was freezing in the hall way but our rooms were very warm
