Pros:

Location is great, free breakfast was nice and not just cereal

The pillows were a little soft for my liking but i like something firmer and i know thats not everyone

Cons:

Problem getting early check in after being promised no problem. Front office never notified the manager of house cleaning.
Staff worked hard getting room ready asap.
Finally getting room, we had no water, leak on 1st floor being repaired. Inconvenience because we were on a time table to get to a wedding.

We love this location. Close to family, also free breakfast was great.

Cons:

Your regular coffee was too light. Bold regular coffee should be bold not just colored water. Sometimes staff need to be taught how to make good regular coffee!!!
