Cancelled Flight
Pros:

Convenient to airport. We stayed because our flight was canceled. Comfortable beds. Late check out. Allowed to store our luggage until we left for airport.

Cons:

Peloton bike required service in the gym. There wasn’t much space for a yoga mat in the gym.

Cons:

The breakfast only served pork meats. Beef or turkey options would be great. Because I booked from a third party, initially I was told no for a late checkout. And the pool was closed and didn’t know until we got dressed and went all the way downstairs.

Charged more for the pet fee than the hotel room fraudulently. Avoid Hilton.
Pros:

I was charged $219.70 for a pet fee when the website said $75 (which is outrageous on it's own). The front desk told me the $144.70 additional charge was from Hilton and they could not remove it. Attempts to contact Hilton failed so I guess we fight it out through my credit card, the BBB and your state AG. Great hotel room - horrible company in charge. Avoid Hilton if you value accurate billing.
