Great location
The shower cubicle was way too small, couldn't open a window so had no ventilation, NOISE of seagulls very early was most annoying, as was the droppings over my motorbike.
Sea front location
Although booked a sea view , and the room did have one but only if you were standing up at the window ….it was slightly misleading.
The view
It was not worth the price.
Loud banging Door.
The reception resembled a 1950's Bed and Breakfast.
And no one there wen we arrived.
Wonderful view of the sea from the windows in room 11 and a very comfortable mattress. We would happily recommend.
Room was the same we stayed in last year. Very comfortable. Bonus was the car park and the hotel is very close to the beach and the town.
Excellent location on sea front, Good shower, breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. We stayed during heat wave so could have benefitted from aircon. Overall a very enjoyable stay
Staff were very accommodating.
Evening meal could have more choice.
Fir breakfast I ordered two poached eggs on toast .
I was very surprised to see they were On one thin slice of toast. With corn flakes and tea it cost me over £20.
Great location, comfortable and clean
Shower in bathroom very small
Perfectly situated, comfortable and well equipped, with lovely friendly helpful staff.

Helpfulness of staff
Lovely breakfast.
Room was quite small we felt
Staff were excellent, very helpful, friendly, polite and well organised. All uniformed, all knowledgeable.
We booked parking which is a must if you are traveling by car, whilst the parking lot is well planned and managed it is not extensive.
It was in an ideal position overlooking the beach, photos taken from room, and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Very clean. Food was good, we would certainly go back there again

Stayed here for a weekend break.
Booked Dinner, Bed & Breakfast and was not disappointed. Room immaculate as was the rest of the hotel.
Booked a Double with Sea View and was really impressed. Hot day, balcony doors open, sound of the waves - unbeatable.
All the staff are extremely friendly and the food was of a good standard.
Located opposite the beach and town is just a short stroll away - great location.
Would definitely recommend.
Nice rooms in a great location, right on the beach front. Good restaurant and very friendly staff.
