The room was fresh, clean and modern. As a family duite it was very spacious. The hotel was well placed with great views.
Whilst the shower room was clean, spacious and modern there was literally no where to put anything down other than the floor. The breakfast times were remarkably contracted, 8.00am to 8.45am. Not my preferred buffet style, but that's not always feasible. The food was generally ok without being fantastic. Didn't like the sausages, but I guess some would.

And very convenient for our trip and having parking was a bonus would stay again

Was not aware it was like a tied Daish holidays hotel . Suited more to UK elderly large groups not individual holidaymakers.. Forms to fill for breakfast items and only a single 45 min breakfast period for all .Loud evening entertainment not helping our sleep .
To be fair ,Daish guests themselves appeared generally happy.

Only down fall was we were on 3rd floor and when we came in quite late cause we had been to a concert the lift was stuck and the sign said had to be reset so we climbed the 3 flights of stairs

Good location central to everything you need. Huge family room with large bathroom and shower, comfortable beds, large TV and friendly lady on reception.
Room was a little tired looking and dated. Very limited parking. Had to pay to park 20 minute walk away.

Beautiful views, great staff, good location but lots of steps!
Bathroom was brand new. Beds were comfortable and it was very clean.
I couldn’t open the room window, but it wasn’t enough of an issue for me to raise it with the staff.

Nothing really, excellent value for the he money.
The room was lovely and clean, and the bed comfy, it had been recently renovated.
The lady on reception was not very helpful. And her manner was abrupt. This was the first time we have stayed in this hotel and to receive this kind of treatment is not really showing a professional image.
We found the breakfast time rather strange. 8.15 until 8.45 and not ideal.
