Pros:

Localização muito boa, bem próximo do centro de Gramado (tem uma ladeira grande para chegar ao hotel mas nada que seja empecilho). O café da manhã é excelente (e é servido até 12:00). A equipe toda é muito gentil e prestativa. O quarto que ficamos era enorme e com banheira com hidromassagem. Ganhamos um SPA para os pés de cortesia. O hotel conta com piscina aquecida, salão de beleza, SPA, academia e uma pizzaria no restaurante que funciona à noite. Enfim, dos melhores hotéis de Gramado.

O paraíso na Serra…
Pros:

Localização perfeita: próxima do centro, mas longe do burburinho. Fiz tudo a pé… Além disso, o time de colaboradores é incrível. Deixam tudo mais aconchegante. Voltarei sempre que for à Gramado.

Melhor hotel que já nos hospedamos. A estrutura é impecável, tudo muito novo e inclusive melhor pessoalmente do que pelas fotos. O atendimento dos funcionários é impressionante, todos muito receptivos, atenciosos, prontos para ajudar. Realmente fizeram muita diferença.
Café da manhã de muita qualidade, opções de buffet e também um cardápio à la carte.
Tenho vontade de voltar em Gramado só para me hospedar nesse hotel novamente, experiencia memorável. Pode reservar sem medo, confiem!

Exceptional personalised boutique hotel
Pros:

Our stay was exceptional! Really attentive, friendly and professional staff. From check-in on, you are completely pampered. Your stay is personalised, so you are a real person in the hotel, not a number! The room was spacious, clean, accommodating, comfortable. Breakfast is an experience and Alexandra perfectly conducted it. The pool was also an amazing feature. The working space provided is great. Everything is well thought and done for your comfort, relaxation and contentment!
We not only recommend Varanda for other couples, but also we are certain that we'll experience it again in the future.

Cons:

There is only one thing we could mention as not totally perfect - the SPA "rules". You have to organise ahead to be able to use it. At least 3 hours in advance. And when you're on a relaxing break, you don't really want to follow schedules like that. So sorry about it because the treatment we had was wonderful!

Gostamos de tudo. O quarto é muito confortável, extremamente limpo e muito cheiroso. Dá para perceber que o hotel cuida de cada detalhe. A cama é ótima, tudo muito organizado e a sensação é de estar em um lugar realmente bem cuidado. Foi uma estadia muito tranquila e aconchegante.

Cons:

Sinceramente, não tivemos nenhum problema. Nossa experiência foi excelente do check-in ao check-out. Não tem nada que tenha atrapalhado nossa estadia.
