Great location, comfortable rooms, and incredibly friendly staff.
Pros:

The location is excellent. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. I was especially grateful when they helped me take my luggage to the nearby train station elevator. Such kindness is not something you find everywhere. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

服務人員幾乎都面帶微笑，地點方便可寄放行李！退房時服務人員會幫忙把行李搬到樓梯下並且指引我們到地鐵！非常的值得讚許

當天入住因為房間有霉味，下樓告知櫃台人員是否能安排換其他房間，櫃檯人員友善的安排，讓我整個旅程不會因為過敏而感到這趟旅程不適感！早餐很豐富

Cons:

房務打掃可能只於一般垃圾清理和補齊所需用品，並無根換床單，房間濕氣確實略重，雖每樓層都有門禁卡！但房門無緩衝裝置，幾乎都聽得見門廊進出聲蠻大！

Repeated hotel guest and will surely be back there again!
Pros:

Fantastic location as it is just beside Airport Rail Link and the BTS. Daily buffet breakfast offers a good spread, tasty, comfortable and service staffs are attentive. Check in/out is very smooth and staff are very friendly and approachable. They even help you to carry your luggage to the Aiport Rail Link lift area. Fantastic customer services with a warm smile.

Will stay here again!
Pros:

Excellent location - right next to the airport rail link which was very convenient. Room was modern, spacious and clean and had everything I needed including coffee making facilities - perfect for solo traveller. Make sure to ask for a room facing away from the train tracks for a peaceful night's sleep. Staff were very helpful and noted my peanut allergy upon check in and did everything to ensure all dietary requirements were taken care of at breakfast. Would stay here again!
