Pros:

Ik kreeg een gratis upgrade waardoor ik in de suite belande.
De communicatie met het hotel was perfect (ik had een late check in maar dat was geen probleem, er werd zeer duidelijk uitgelegd hoe ik aan sleutel kwam)
De ligging in het centrum

Cons:

In het gebouw zelf was het even zoeken waar het hotel zat.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait et le personnel très serviable

Cons:

j'avais une chambre qui donnait sur la rue principale, très bruyante, je ne pouvais pas ouvrir la fenêtre.
Je ne sais pas si la douche a été bien nettoyée, car un petit morceau de papier est resté pendant tout le séjour

Hotel jest polozony w centrum, wszędzie blisko😊Bardzo miła obsluga, pomocna, z niczym nie bylo problemu😊mozna zejsc na doledobre sniadano w bardzo milej kawiarence.... pokój czysty i wszystko bylo jak najbardziej w porządku....mały balkonik, który dawał widok na Etne na końcu ulicy...wszystko bylo dobrze, polecam to miejsce 😊

La stanza era rumorosa, il letto scomodo e in bagno c'era cattivo odore.

Pros:

Ich hab genau das bekommen, was ich bestellt habe. Ich war sehr glueklich, dass ich ein Zimmer im Innenhof bekommen habe, somit war kein Thema mit Laerm. Es gab kein Laern, es war ruhig.
Das Hotel kann ich nur empfehlen. Der Chef ist auch ok, ganz netter Tuep

La ubicación es muy buena. En plena vía Etnea, perfecta para turismo.

Cons:

No es culpa del alojamiento, pero por las noches, al no haber nadie en recepción, muchos huéspedes hacen ruido, entran de madrugada haciendo jaleo… y te despiertan. Sé que no es culpa del alojamiento, pero tendrían que encontrar alguna manera de controlar eso.
