la actitud del personal, deben mejorar en atenciòn al cliente. No disponer de toallas de manera oportuna, el aseo de la habitacion fue regular.

No me gustó que en el primer piso, donde estaba mi habitación se escuchaba mucha buya de la gente que se queda en las salas, me parece que las salas de espera no deberían estar a los lados de las habitaciones o por lo menos de recepción deberían informales que hagan silenció.

Las sábanas, fundas, toallas y almohadas, ya están muy viejas y un poco percudidas, algunas con manchas, había polvo encima del armario donde está ubicado el TV, el piso no estaba bien barrido, cuando me bañaba el agua se filtraba hacia afuera de la ducha

Sabanas sucias olían a sudor , no colocan cobijas, me quede 2 días no limpiaron la habitación. Un familiar se quedo en otra habitación y salio 15 minutos tardes y le cobraron
