Very good value
Pros:

Very good for the price, comfortable room and bed, good breakfast and friendly staff, althought they dont speak much english, it was enough for basic communication. Location is fine, 10min by bus k76 to the city center or 5 min to the nearest metro station.
Just make sure to undernstand the checkin process, as the main entrance door is locked and you need a code to open it.
So far, very good price quality relation.
