Für eine Übernachtung- okay. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt eher nicht.
Pros:

Für uns war die Lage dicht an der B51 praktisch. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben einen Platz für eine Übernachtung gesucht. Das WLAN hat funktioniert. Der Rezeptionist = Barkeeper war sehr freundlich. Wir konnten kostenfrei direkt vor der Tür parken.

Cons:

Man wohnt quasi in einem Industriegebiet. (Sieht man aber auch, wenn man auf die Karte guckt. Von daher war es nciht überraschend).
Wie viele schon geschrieben haben, ist die Anlage in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Renovierung wäre eine gute Idee. Es war zwar alles geputzt, machte aber trotzdem einen schmuddeligen Eindruck.
Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer reserviert - hat nicht funktioniert. Wir konnten aber die Betten auseinander ziehen.
Das Restaurant war geschlossen. Gut, daß wir ein paar Knabbersachen im Auto hatten.
Die Bar war geöffnet. Letzte Runde ca. 22.45 Uhr. Allerdings zahlt man für 0,5 Liter Bitburger 6 Euro. Fand ich happig.
Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig.
Gefrühstückt haben wir nicht. Das war uns zu teuer.
Auch das Zimmer selbst (Zweibettzimmer für eine Nacht 100 Euro) fanden wir teuer. Da haben wir auf unserer Rundreise für weniger Geld deutlich besser gewohnt.

Pros:

Grootte van de kamer, gratis parkeren en berijkbaarheid.
Zeer rustig gelegen.

Cons:

Afstand tot Bitburg en verstoring door andere gasten. Rumoerig en ca. 10 min. dieselauto om 7:00 laten warmdraaien onder ons kamer raam.
Gehorig voor kontaktgeluiden uit andere kamers.

Pros:

OK reasonable value and clean ex US army mess. Rooms large and good bathrooms.

needs a revamp but for the price perfectly acceptable. revamp will probably push price up.

personeel is prima, goed duits en engelstalig. inchecken prima en vlot

hele enorme gebouw maakt een verouderde indruk, is vergane glorie. door grootte van het hotel krijg je een verloren indruk.
