Great location and nice, tidy, modern hotel.
Pros:

Nice rooms, comfy beds and a good central location. Pleasant staff and a nice rooftop bar were all bonuses.

Cons:

I purchased the Luxe room, which was the highest room type (and most expensive) available on Booking.com. It was as the images showed, but it was a low level (4) and looked at another building and rooftop, which wasn't very attractive. Also, the elevators were extremely slow at times, with one not going to the lower level and one out of order.

Disappointed with breakfast would have liked more continental

Cons:

Waited all night for hair straighteners that never arrived and as a group of girls we needed to do our hair and was told we would get some so didn’t bring our own and ended up not doing our hair. Such a let down . Also no light weights to use in the gym 6 kilo was lightest so was able to do our gym routine just did what we could and left. Very disappointed
