Upon check-in, it appeared that little attention had been paid to the room condition before assigning it to me. I was placed in a room with a faulty bed that made a loud noise whenever I lay on it, which made the room unsuitable for proper rest.

When I requested a room change, I was surprised by the response I received: “I am not worried about bed quality as much as you are, please confirm you are happy with the new bed.” I appreciate the honesty, although I would have thought that bed quality in a hotel room was a fairly standard concern rather than a personal preference.

After the room was changed, the door key was also not replaced proactively. Instead, I was asked to go back to the counter and request it myself, which added further inconvenience to an issue that should have been handled as part of the room change process.

At check-out, I requested to pay for the bottled water I had consumed. I was advised that payment was not required due to the inconvenience caused by the faulty bed and room change. However, it appears the amount was nevertheless automatically charged/deducted, which rather undermined the goodwill of that gesture. I am sure this was an administrative oversight, rather than the final touch to an already memorable stay.

Pros:

The bathroom did not have a sound-insulated enclosure. Not worth the money.

Hote staff are nice - however, the hotel has
1- Terrible breakfast. The advertised free breakfast includes 3 options the rest you have to pay for. This isn't a budget hotel, such options are not compatible for the price. VEen budget hotels offer unlimited food at breakfast. Very cheap mindset.

2- Room didnt even have bottled water - for this price - again this isnt a budget hotel - that is unforgivable.

3- Room Decor is dark - nay - depressing. Whoever hored thier decor POC - needs to be fired.

Modern design. Comfortable rooms.
Loved the little table and chairs as well. Great King size bed

Cons:

No door on the actual toilet and it took us ages to work out the light switches.

Pros:

Geweldig hotel midden in de stad. Prachtige kamers en zeer schoon. Geen ontbijt buffet maar een menu waar men ruime keuze heeft. Super lekker.
Ik had een klacht over mn hotelkamer, werd niet moeilijk over gedaan en kreeg nog een upgrade ook. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Echt een aanrader

OPULENCE at Its finest
Pros:

Opulence- Fabulous service in all aspects from the personal service ar concerige desk to the room/s that were beautifully presented clean had the same point of difference touches. Home from home. The service by staff to the QT roof top staff were attentive over all Fabulous service highly recommended

Cons:

I had to pack my bags and go gone. The dream woke me up.

Great place to stay with thoroughly recommend . Good value.
Pros:

Property was well located, close to pick up points and 15 minute walk straight down Barwick Street to the ferries. Staff were really helpful. Food was fantastic both in the restaurant and in The breakfast area/coffee shop. Modern ;Hotel. Great layout to the room with two showers!. Very comfortable stay And Ann would definitely visit again and recommend.

Cons:

Late at night the area felt a little empty to walk around. Would not walk around solo late at night.
