staff very humble and supportive
Pros:

Hotel is on main road of pawai nearby T2 .it was a good stay . breakfast was good and staff is friendly and supportive.easy connectivity to place . room are neat and clean spacious.complimentry breakfast and fast wi-fi .overall it is good servy

A good AC cant makeup for bad staff behaviour and atrocious food

The AC was good

Cons:

1) Breakfast was terrible (Perhaps the worst included breakfast ever) - 2) Place to have breakfast was equally bad
3)Staff behaviour was very poor. I was travelling with my father who is 75 . I had specifically asked for 30 min late checkout and the guy at the counter agreed. There was another guy at the counter during checkout who was most confrontational and unaccomodating. No one even helped an old person with the luggage

The hygiene and connectivity

Cons:

The attitude of the hotel staff... They were very arrogant and not flexible at all. The room was not at all worth the price. There was not a single window in the room and the hotel staff didn't say anything about it before. You don't get breakfast here no lunch no dinner. They outsource food from some nearby restaurant. If you're alone and you need a place just to spend a night then it is alright but other than that, a big NO.
