Byłem bardzo zadowolony z obsługi hotelu a szczególnie pana Ahmeda który bardzo sprawnie i mile powitał nas od pierwszego momentu wejścia do hotelu i odpowiedział na nurtujące nas pytania bez chwili zająknięcia. Oraz samego faktu iż popisał się znajomością języka polskiego co zrobiło nam dzień.
The staff was extremly friendly. That is for sure worth 10 points
It is not a 5 star hotel. It is more like 3-4 stars. The breakfast was not good
The service was great, right from the reception telling us about location, hopon hop off bus outside the door, purchase of bus tickets. Also advised on local restaurants and very good recomendations.
A special thanks to staff for the birthday treats left in our room, Greek pastries, bottle of Greek wine and birthday card. this made the day and stay special.

Die Größe des Zimmers und das Bad waren genial. Auch das Wasser, Wein und Kaffe zur Verfügung im Zimmer gab. Der kleine Pool zur Abkühlung war auch okay.

Enviromental area is a bit dangerous, dirty, i think people urinate on street, garbages surrounding area, loads of junkies etc

Hotel was in a great location, really close to the Metro station and all the local hop on hop off buses for City Tours. The hotel staff were amazing. Always greeted us with a friendly smile and welcome chat, gave fantastic tips on places to visit and the best route to get there.
We arrived ahead of schedule and they were so lovely in finding us accommodation, which was appreciated as we had been travelling for 14 hours and were very tired.
We had 2 rooms on the 4th floor next to each other (one junior suite and one superior twin/double). Both had excellent facilities and were well maintained by the staff. The air-con was wonderful and so needed in the Athens heat.
The toaster in the breakfast area could do with upgrading to the style that auto rolls the bread through it. I found this one to be very slow and built up a queue of other guests waiting to use it.
Please also provide margarine/spread as well as the butter option for vegetarians/vegans who do not want butter on their toast.
The pool should really be advertised as a dipping pool as it really is not big enough for swimming at 0.4m deep. But it does look beautiful on the rooftop.

Although almost two months have passed since our stay at Zeus Essence Wyndham Athens Residence, we still felt we had to come back to the keyboard and share our appreciation for this wonderful hotel.
As it turned out, for us too, it all started with Diana at the reception. From the very first moment, she welcomed us with a warm smile, kindness, and a real sense of care. And when you are upgraded to a suite, there is not much more to say other than smile and say a big thank you.
We have stayed several times in Wyndham hotels, including the nearby Wyndham hotel in Athens, and this stay once again reminded us why we enjoy this brand so much.
At this hotel, you will find spacious and comfortable rooms, a pleasant dining area with rich and generous breakfasts, and above all, an amazing team of people who create a warm and positive atmosphere.
On this trip, we were not looking for a huge lobby or an Olympic-size swimming pool. What we found was exactly what we needed: comfort, good energy, excellent service, and a high-quality vacation experience.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely be happy to return again.
