Great value stay within walking distance to great restaurants
Pros:

The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and nice, the area is pretty close to the centre, right next to the metro which made getting around the city super easy.

ترحيب الموظفين ..والاعتذار الصادق عن اللبس الذي حدث بسبب تشابه اسم الفندق مع الفندق المقابل له..
مساحة الجناح ،، ترقيه الحجز للجناح..
نظافة المكان وسرعة الاستجابه عند الطلب.. سررت بالترقيه والهديه الترحيبيه مع رسالة الاستقبال

Cons:

هناك بعض الجوانب التي تحتاج إلى تحسين. كانت الغرفة أصغر من المتوقع، كما أن السرير لم يكن مريحاً بما يكفي لشخصين بالغين. كذلك كان عزل الصوت ضعيفاً، مما جعل النوم صعباً أحياناً بسبب الضوضاء الخارجية والأصوات القادمة من الغرف المجاورة.

الحمام لا يحتوي على شطاف، وكان من الممكن الاستفادة من إضافة المزيد من العلاقات والمستلزمات الأساسية. كما لاحظنا أن بعض احتياجات الغرفة لم يتم تجديدها بشكل كامل في بعض الأيام.

أما منطقة الإفطار فكانت مزدحمة في أغلب الأوقات وتحتاج إلى تنظيم أفضل. كما أن الأطعمة المعروضة لم تكن تحتوي على بطاقات توضح المكونات، وهو أمر مهم للضيوف الذين لديهم حساسية غذائية أو متطلبات خاصة. كذلك كان من الصعب أحياناً الحصول على المساعدة بسبب قلة الموظفين المتواجدين في المنطقة. كما رأينا أن انتهاء خدمة العشاء الساعة 9:30 مساءً يعتبر مبكراً نسبياً بالنسبة لفندق من هذه الفئة.

Excellent stay with outstanding hospitality, a great location, and exceptional service from Ahmed and the entire team.
Pros:

The friendly and welcoming staff, especially Ahmed, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment was clean, spacious, well-maintained, and in a great location with easy access to the main attractions in Athens. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and relaxing.

I would like to express my concern about the experience my customers had at a specific hotel, Zeus Essence Wyndham Athens Residence

Unfortunately, the hotel that was advertised as a five-star property did not meet those expectations.
Many guests found the conditions to be quite disappointing, as it was not clean.
They had booked a suite for two adults and two children but were instead given a simple room, even though that arrangement confirmed by ph 2 days ago, which must have been frustrating.
Furthermore, the breakfast provided was lacking in both quality and variety, especially for a hotel claiming to be five-star.
To top it off, the parking facilities were actually from a neighboring hotel, which added to their disappointment.

I truly empathize with how they felt and hope their feedback can lead to improvements.

Great experience!
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience! The staff was all friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the security guard to the restaurant employees. We were upgraded to a suite that was spacious and had a great view of the city. It even had an electric fireplace. We loved our stay and will absolutely stay again.
