Weekend di relax, belle camminate e ottimo cibo
Pros:

È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. Stanza comoda e pulita. Molto bella e piacevole la zona wellness con anche la piscina e la vasca jacuzzi esterna riscaldata. Ottima sia la colazione che la cena, con tanta scelta a buffet. Luogo molto bello e tranquillo. Consigliatissimo.

La location è bella, silenziosa, immersa nella natura e anche vicina al confine con l'Austria.
Molto buona la colazione.

Cons:

Non è stato possibile trovare nulla da mangiare all'arrivo (erano le 20), nemmeno un pacchetto di cracker al bar. Fortunatamente c'è una trattoria nei pressi.
Alcune ragazze del personale sono state piuttosto sbrigative e poco accoglienti.

Sehr bodenständiges Hotel mit sehr hilfsbereiten und lieben Menschen , welche alle ihr Bestes geben- was ihnen zweifelsfrei gelingt . Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und trotz der schwierigen Umstände mit Personalmangel wegen Krankheiten, haben es alle geschafft, es uns Gäste in kleinster Weise merken zu lassen. Eine enorme Leistung des Teams dieses Hotels- das ist nicht selbstverständlich .
Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend , sowohl das Frühstück als auch das 4 Gänge Abendessen.
Der Wellnessbereich ist seit kurzem modernisiert und ich kann nur sagen- das ist euch wirklich gelungen. Die Ruheräume sind gemütlich und sehr modern , der Pool ist vielseitig und hat einen tollen Blick in die Natur, die Liegestühle sind im Poolbereich sehr hochwertig und sehr gemütlich. Der Saunabereich lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen.

Posizione comoda e tranquilla, prezzo buono, colazione mediocre. Pulizia ok

Cons:

Ci è stato detto 5 giorni prima che non potevano più fornirci della cena pagata per problemi loro, obbligandoci a cancellare quindi la prenotazione e rifarla con sola colazione, creandoci parecchio disagio. Doccia a tratti bollente a tratti gelata. Rumori molto forti provenienti da corridoio e camera vicina (avevamo il loro bagno praticamente in camera e si sentiva tutto). Piscina esterna della spa da sistemare, vecchia e un po' sporca.

Great hotel in a beautiful area
Pros:

Good location in a beautiful valley. Close to gondola and 15 minutes drive to sterzing/vitipeno. Great facilities with the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. We didnt have dinner, but the breakfast selection was great! Service was good - our first room was not made up, and we were moved to a different room within 5 minutes with no fuss at all. Room was basic but very clean and had a balcony. Lovely small pool area and hot tub which was welcome after a long hike! Gym and sauna although we didnt use. Good outside sun loungers and play area. Beautiful setting. Will return for sure!

Cons:

Car park was quite small and would be a struggle with a big car, and often full by early evening.

Jak na jedną noc w trasie - byliśmy zadowoleni ze SPA i posiłków.
Pros:

Lokalizacja i dojazd do hotelu serpentynami przez Przełęcz to wielka frajda dla motocyklistów. Cicha i spokojna okolica, duża strefa SPA - kilka saun, basen, jacuzzi i leżaki na świeżym powietrzu- można wypocząć. Bardzo dobra opcja noclegu - ze śniadaniem i kolacją w cenie. Kolacja bardzo dobra - 5-daniowa. Bardzo dobra. Drinki do kolacji w bardzo przystępnej cenie. Polecamy. Śniadanie z bogatym wyborem, dodatkowo podziękowania dla Pana który przygotowywał jajecznicę ze składnikami wybranymi samemu.

Cons:

Jedyny minus- zdjęcia pokoju z oferty przy jeż zakupie nie odpowiadały pokojowi który otrzymaliśmy po przybyciu. Pokój z wyposażeniem sprzed wielu lat, czyli jeszcze przed modernizacją.
