Wunderbare Gastgeber, tolle Infrastruktur, reichhaltiges Frühstück, gutes Preisleistungs-Verhältnis.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, Nähe zum Dorfzentrum und Bahnen, bequeme Betten, sehr sauber!

Cons:

Strassenlärm in der Nacht, da man die Fenster aufgrund der Wärme nicht schliessen konnte. Hotel direkt an der Hauptstrasse.

Perfekte Ausgangsbasis für Wanderungen in Flims und Umgebung
Pros:

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Flimserstein. Sehr bequemes Bett, Whirlpoolwanne sehr toll für nach dem Wandern :-). Frühstücksbuffet gut und reichhaltig für einen guten Start in den (Wander-)Tag. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.

Super netter Empfang und freundliche Bedienung, mit toller Pizza & Restaurant im Haus
Pros:

Frühstück war super - toller Käse und heimische Produkte.

Cons:

Zimmer zur Strasse sicherlich im Sommer mehr Betrieb als im Winter, aber auch nicht schlimm, man kommt ja auch selber mit dem Auto 😊

Ich war wirklich rundum zufrieden!
Pros:

Der Service, die Höflichkeit sowie die zuvorkommende Bedienung des Personals sind mir sehr positiv aufgefallen, das ist nicht überall so. Auch durfte ich mein Auto den ganzen Tag auf dem Parkplatz stehen lassen, mich nach dem Skifahren in der Umkleide umziehe, und hätte auch noch umsonst duschen können, obwohl ich ja schon nach dem Frühstück ausgecheckt hatte. Das ist Alles nicht selbstverständlich! Da komme ich bestimmt mal wieder.

Pros:

Overall good. Sauna good, no people. Breakfast excellent. Ski room with boots heater.

Cons:

We get charged for two sandwiches that we took from breakfast. But this was not a problem. The problem was the attitude of staff treating us like a thieves. Very disappointing
