Tegenvaller ,zeker gezien de prijs van 402 € voor een overnachting.
Pros:

Locatie dicht bij Vrijthof.

Cons:

Slecht onderhouden en privé parking niet vooraf te reserveren. Communicatie verloopt in eerste instantie via chat bot.

Pros:

Trotz schwieriger Umstände reagierte das Personal schnell, zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert, allerdings musste wir mehrmals unsere Probleme erklären und alles wurde nur sehr kleinschrittig gelöst.

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer roch nach kaltem Rauch und hatte einen Wasserschaden an der Wand. Wir bekamen dann ein zweites Zimmer unterm Dach, bei welchem aber die Klimaanlage bei 38 Grad nicht funktionierte. Erst das dritte Zimmer war dann ok, aber es viel mehrmals am Tag der Strom aus, wohl aufgrund der Überlastung durch die Klimaanlagen.

De kamer was mooi groot. We kregen zelfs een upgrade.

Cons:

Er was geen afstandsbediening (die kregen we wel later van de medewerker) en er waren her en der stofdraden te zien op het plafond.

Great stay and even better staff
Pros:

Excellent stay at Amrath Bigarre. Very helpful with helping us out on this short trip with my wife who was 36 weeks pregnant. Arranged everything perfectly so we could enjoy this stay. Also nice location close to the centre and overlooking the river. Exceptionally kind staff!

Maakt verwachting niet waar.
Pros:

Qua ligging ben je overal dichtbij, maar toch was het qua locatie niet helemaal mijn ding.

Cons:

Het bed, hier lag een losse topper op. Hier zat het laken omheen. Maar het deel eronder had geen bescherming. Dat vond ik niet fijn en hygiënisch.
Ook is alles het net niet meer. Scheuren in het leer van de stoelen en het hoofd bord. Geen koelkastje (staat ook in de beschrijving, maar toch jammer)
Ik vond het vrij duur voor wat ik gekregen heb.
