Not so good
Pros:

As we were travelling with a baby, we wanted a room with a kitchen hence we booked Indeevaram. However, kitchen lacks proper utensils. The entire place was infested with ants. We were shocked to find ants inside the baby food items and could trace those back in one of the walls. One thing that we learnt from our trip to Kerala is to never trust the reviews.

Very good in communication, above average property condition, decent cleanliness and overall a good stay if you are planning to rest after a flight trip, as it is so close to airport.

Pros:

Perfect apartment for family. Hotel was very good. Good location, Clean and neat area,. everything is good. room was nice, staffs are good, , for family with babies can very useful recidency. Definitely I recommend for friends.

Excellent value, but location is slightly off
Pros:

Great value for money. The apartment offers clean, spacious units at affordable price. Its location is strategically near the airport, but it is not as easy to figure out without the help of a Google Map. It is approximately 20-30 minutes' walk, with the last 7 minute stretch walking through small alleys. Nearest food is around 1km away.

Very Nice & beautiful place for family
Pros:

It’s a great place to stay. Me and my family feel the best experience staying there. This property is very well maintained and very suitable for families...Room, hall, kitchen, bathroom everything is comfortable. We loved the ambience, especially my 3 years baby. It's feel like our home. And one of the best thing is , Mr. Jose. He was awesome, very friendly & very helpfull. Also thanks to Mr. Sajith(Taxi driver +918943556063)

I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again.
