Ho avuto un problema in quanto per errore ho effettuato il pagamento due volte e il Sig. Alberto mi ha aiutato a risolvere il problema con Booking e nonostante fosse una prenotazione prepagata, ho pagato solo la prenotazione della quale ho effettivamente usufruito, GRAZIE ALBERTO!!!

Es un hotel para pasar la noche, pero podría mejorar muchisiml

Cons:

No es un hotel de 3 estrellas, está en remodelación y aunque la habitación estaba bien y bastante limpia pues ya tenía mobiliario nuevo, el aire es central y se prende y apaga a cada rato. El baño era viejo y en la bañera había pelos de otros huéspedes y una mancha. No tenía mampara de vidrio sino cortina que no se veía muy limpia. El agua de la ducha salía muy despacio al principio y luego con mucha fuerza. El secador casi no tenía potencia. Las paredes de la habitación son de papel, se escuchan a los otros huéspedes o el televisor, cero aislamiento. La verdad me arrepiento de haberme quedado aquí así hubiera sido una noche, carísimo vs la calidad, dormí pésimo. El desayuno muy pobre y con productos de mala calidad. Como mucho será 1 estrella, una pena porque los empleados atendían bien y eran amables pero por lo demás, muy malo.

NADA. Estaba en Obras y no tenía ni minibar ni bar ni atención adecuada

I was not happy and will like to have part of my money, it’s was not up to the standards to keep people in the hotel
