Pros:

Todella ystävällisesti toivotettiin tervetulleeksi ja näytettiin kaikki paikat. Erittäin mukava henkilökunta. Sviitit yli odotusten kaikin puolin. Upea näköala.

Ei ravintolaa, mutta kävelymatkan päästä löytyisi.

Ein herrlicher Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr frisch und schmackhaft. Auf Sonderwünsche wurde sofort reagiert.
Ich war im Nebenhaus untergebracht. Somit musste ich auf der einen Seite für Frühstück und Sauna 5 Minuten zum Haupthaus gehen. Auf der anderen Seite war ich in 10 Sekunden (!) in der malerischen Altstadt von Kaltern. Der Roller, den ich zu meiner Suite ohne Leihgebühr nutzen konnte, hat das perfekte Wohlfühlprogramm abgerundet: Mit ihm bin ich an einem Nachmitteg den Mendelpass hochgefahren und konnte einen atemberaubenden Ausblick über den Kalterer See und die Alpen genießen.

In der Tat außergewöhnlich.
Pros:

Geschmackvolle hochwertige Einrichtung, sehr sauber. Außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück und Brotzeit. Personal äußerst zuvorkommend.

Beautiful studio in the heart of the Kaltern wine area
Pros:

We had a very nice roof top studio with a beautiful view. The staff is very helpful and is trying to accommodate everything around around dinner reservations, activities etc.

Cons:

It was very hot during our stay, but there is of course nothing the hotel can do about that.

Pros:

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich nett, die Unterkunft ist phantastisch eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Sehr leckeres und liebevoll sowie abwechslungsreich zusammengestelltes Frühstück.

Cons:

Wir haben in der Dependance gewohnt, was mit einem kleinen Fußweg zum Frühstück verbunden ist. Dies war für uns nicht weiter schlimm, man sollte sich dessen aber bewusst sein.
