Pros:

Enkelt men bra rum för en familj för fyra personer. Handduk och lakan var förberett när vi kom. Plus att det var riktiga sängar till alla fyra. Bra övernattning för oss som bara var på genomresa.

Cons:

Duschbåset och toalettbåset var bredvid varandra utan skiljevägg nere vid golvet så toalettgolvet blev väldigt blött när någon duschade.

Good Location and Helpful Staff, but the Property Needs improvement
Pros:

The location is excellent, and the price offers good value for money. It's a convenient choice if you just need a place to stay overnight. Communication was outstanding, the person managing the messages was very friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the booking. The staff's willingness to assist was definitely one of the highlights of the experience.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the condition of the property did not match the quality of the service. The corridors and staircase had an unpleasant smell, and the floor in our room was dusty. While I understand the concept of shared bathrooms and a shared kitchen, the facilities felt old and worn, which made the stay less comfortable.

Another significant drawback was the lack of air conditioning. During our stay, the temperature was around 29–30°C, making the room uncomfortably hot, especially at night.

This accommodation is suitable as a budget-friendly stopover for solo travelers, couples, or families with older children who simply need a bed for the night.

However, I would not recommend it for families with young children, as the overall comfort level is quite limited. The kindness and professionalism of the staff deserve recognition, but unfortunately, they couldn't compensate for the condition of the property itself.

I would say it was good value for money! the bed was great-didn't expected to be so good

The bed was just the right firmness for me and very spacious.

it would be good that coffee machine worked (some money was stuck in there-maybe now it' s working...)

Pros:

I liked how there were multiple bathrooms which could be shared among the guests on the floor. Only needing a code made entering and exiting the house easier.

Cons:

The lock on of the bathrooms did not work. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms.

Although I really enjoyed visiting Slovenia, I was unfortunately disappointed with this accommodation.
The property was much farther from the city than I had expected. Considering that I paid significantly more than I did for many accommodations in other popular tourist capitals, I expected a much better standard.
The refrigerator in the room was very old, moldy, and did not have a freezer compartment. I was directed to another refrigerator downstairs that had a freezer, but unfortunately both refrigerators were quite dirty.
The beds were also very uncomfortable. My husband weighs around 100 kg, and the mattress sank considerably under his weight. None of us, including myself, were able to sleep comfortably, and we had a restless night.
In addition, there was very little support regarding maintenance and cleanliness. For example, the toilet paper had completely run out, and there was no staff available during the night to help or provide a replacement. I had no way to obtain more toilet paper.
Overall, despite having a wonderful time in Slovenia, I cannot say that I was satisfied with this accommodation. I hope these issues will be addressed so that future guests can have a better experience.

Accès de nuit facile, bonne literie et endroit propre.
Pros:

Procédure d'accès pendant la nuit très facile, carafe d'eau dans la chambre.
Lit confortable et chambre très propre. Douche et WC commun propre. Essuies pour la douche.
Proche d'un très grand centre commercial.

Cons:

Je suis arrivé dans la nuit et j'ai été réveillé très tôt par le bruit des gens qui partaient tôt, pas bien isolé.
Pas assez de place de parking et place limité dans la rue mais endroit sans danger.

Great location and immediate response staff
Pros:

The location is perfect. It's a short walk to the bus stop. The room although very small had everything required. I appreciate the fact that they brought me a tiny fan since I was there during the heatwave.

Cons:

This is towards the people who checked in on my last day. Somehow they did not understand the concept of keeping the shared bathroom clean.
