Pros:

Das Frühstück und die Bar+ Wellnesanlage sowie die Lage vom Hotel waren sehr gut

Cons:

Für den Preis hätten wir uns eine Klimaanlage gwünscht Abends Essen in der Erzgebirgsstuben muß man nicht Dusche Halterung defekt bei 8 Nächten Aufenthalt nur 2 x Zimmer gereinigt naja!

Je suis malheureusement déçue de mon séjour au Holiday Inn – the niu Franz Vienna.

Dès le jour de mon arrivée, nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes, notamment une coupure d’électricité ainsi qu’une absence de connexion internet, ce qui a rendu notre installation difficile.

Les chambres sont également très petites et peu confortables, surtout pour un séjour en famille. De plus, j’avais réservé des lits de catégories différentes, notamment un lit double et un lit queen size, mais la taille du lit queen size ne semblait pas différente de celle d’un lit double.

Je tiens aussi à signaler que l’accueil à la réception n’a pas été satisfaisant. Le personnel n’a pas toujours été attentif à nos demandes, ce qui a donné une impression de manque de considération envers les clients.

Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience n’a pas répondu à nos attentes, et je ne peux malheureusement pas recommander cet établissement.

Pros:

Tuba oli puhas. Voodid olid väga mõnusad. Mugavad padjad. Hommikusöök rikkalik. Pannkoogimasin remonditi ära üsna ruttu ja me ei pidanud pettuma, et jääme kookideta.

Cons:

Wc ja vannitoa ventilatsioon oli väga valju. Eriti häiriv oli see öösel.

Ein schönes, modernes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt daneben
Pros:

Frühstück sehr umfangreich, ein Sessel im Zimmer wäre schön, insgesamt waren wir aber sehr zufrieden! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Cons:

Das TV-Gerät hat sich immer wieder ausgeschaltet. Da wir nur eine Nacht im Hotel waren, haben wir dem Personal nichts gesagt, wäre der Aufenthalt länger geblieben, hätten wir um Hilfe gebeten.
