7/10 I would say, not considering staff’s rude behavior
Pros:

Location was near tram station so it was easy to go to city center and back. It was good in terms of value vs cost

Cons:

I booked 9th, 10th and 11th of May. I arrived at 7 am, 10th of May and the staff caused a problem telling my reservation was cancelled due to no show up. I told them in booking.com it’s still shown as confirmed, also they haven’t checked with me, they haven’t sent any message or email. I was so tired because I arrived with a night train, didn’t sleep all night, and actually it was the reason why I booked 9th of May too, so that instead of early check in (which is usually not guaranteed), I would have a place to take a shower and sleep after long commute. After arguing with the staff for like 7-8 minutes, they rebooked my room in their system and let me in.

Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichen und nettem Personal, schönes Frühstücksbuffet das sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln auch noch nach Mitternacht zu erreichen ist 👍🏻

Cons:

Die 2 Dachfenster hatten bei Einzug schon Fettdapper und der Teppich hatte 2/3 größere Flecken

Seit The Niu Franz zu IHG gehört hat sich die Auswahl und Qualität des Frühstücks deutlich verschlechtert. Was sehr schade ist.

Soggiorno ok ma non ritornerei
Pros:

La posizione con il tram davanti l’albergo è sicuramente un grande pro. La colazione è ok ma potrebbe essere piu varia soprattutto nella proposta dolce. So benissimo che è un tre stelle ma con qualche accorgimento in più potrebbe aumentare di popolarità. Il prezzo è comunque competitivo.

Cons:

La moquette in stanza proprio non dovrebbe esistere più! I cuscini durissimi per i miei gusti. Stanza molto piccola per 3 persone. Il parcheggio non è garantito e non si può prenotare, però abbiamo trovato un parcheggio vicino la struttura che costa pure meno rispetto al costo del loro parcheggio interno.
