Sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal, bei dem Preis hätte ich mir mehr vegetarische und vegane Optionen beim Frühstück gew
Pros:

Alle Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr nett. Frühstück war okay. Zimmer hatte Klimaanlage. Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür.

Cons:

Zimmer hatte starken Eigengeruch, musste immer erstmal lüften. Der Teppichboden hatte Flecken, die wahrscheinlich nicht mehr sauber gehen, aber hat schlechten Eindruck gemacht. Generell machte das Zimmer einen sehr abgenutzten Eindruck.

Hotel top, Organisation/Personal dubios
Pros:

Das Hotel, die Lage alles ist top, ich war auch schon öfter zu Gast, aber nach meinem letzten Besuch wohl nicht mehr. Details siehe "Was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen".

Cons:

Beim Checkout wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ein zu hoher Betrag abgebucht wurde. Nachdem es sich um ein bargeldloses Hotel handelt wurde ich gebeten meine Kontonummer bekannt zu geben, man würde das Geld zurück überweisen. Das ganze ist nun 14 Tage her. Bis heute habe ich kein Geld zurückerhalten. Auf meine Booking Nachrichten wird nicht urgiert und ich habe bis heute die angefragte Rechnung nicht erhalten. Das Vorgehen ist leider absolut unseriös.

Erfüllt seinen Zweck absolut jedoch kein Ort für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Klassisches Business Hotel

Lokalita blízko Prateru, což jsme hledali

Hluk z vnitrobloku domu, vlaky jezdi hned za barakem celou noc, nemuzes mit otevrene okno - idealni hotel pro mlade, kteri hledaji party a nevadim jim tyto veci - navic check out byl ve 12 a zbudil nas 9:10 pracovnik, ktery bouchal
na dvere a rval clean, jestli ma jit uklizet...z pobytu v hotelu jsme nebyly spokojeni,
po hotelech jezdime casto.

Hotel molto comodo, 2 tram non appena usciti dall'hotel che ti portano in centro, metro e autobus a portata di mano.
Personale cordiale, hotel pulito, colazione non ricchissima ma ottima lo stesso, tutto molto buono. Lo consiglio, se tornerò a Vienna andrò sempre in questo hotel
