It was a nice place to stay being near the city center.
Pros:

Had a lovely stay. It is near the shops, dining places and center if the City.
The only down thing is there is no lift to our third floor room for my husband with COPD.

A delightful stay in the heart of Norwich in the only hotel in the city worth staying.
Pros:

Breakfast excelllent. Room (attic suite) excellent. Staff lovely. Location exceptional.

Cons:

Bed needs replacing because sags in middle and has done for last three or four years.
Room needs makeup/shaving mirror with light.
Parking. Include cost in room and sort out relationship with city so if guests want to leave car in car park between 11 am and 3 pm they can. You generate huge revenue for city.. use that leverage.

A perfect return visit to our favourite hotel
Pros:

We loved our sumptuous and incredibly relaxing room. Very helpful staff, who worked around our timings, to give us the loveliest stay to celebrate my son’s graduation. A delicious breakfast too! Thank you

It's our second stay at the Assembly House and we really enjoyed both stays.
Pros:

The bed was particularly comfortable and it was a bonus to have aircon. The shower was great and in general the room was very comfortable. The cold water in the fridge was much appreciated.

Cons:

We were in two rooms. The paintwork in 214 was a little shabby and it was a shame that there wasn't a fridge in that room.
