Pros:

The position was excellent. The rooms were beautifully decorated and large. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Parking was difficult, took a while to find a space.

Although we new the hotel was frequently used for weddings it was a nuisance to have an exit blocked and walk round the other way and also have to wait for a room to be opened up for guests to use.

Luxury and relaxing
Pros:

We have stayed at the assembly house many times and the rooms are beautiful and spacious it was also a life saver with the hot weather that are room had air conditioning which was superb
The food is delicious and all the staff are so friendly and accommodating definitely a 5 star

Perfect place to stay for a sightseeing break in Norwich.

Mooi verblijf in het centrum van Norwich
Pros:

Prachtige ligging midden in het centrum. Een schitterend Georgian stijl gebouw. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

We kregen eerst een suite die weliswaar groot was maar waar ik met mijn 1.93 meter niet rechtop kon staan. Na daarover geklaagd te hebben kregen we een andere, mooie kamer.

Pros:

It was a beautiful building which had been imaginatively converted into a hotel .The room we had (Room 16) was extremely comfortable with good facilities . Although it was up two flights of steep stairs & the building would not allow for a lift , the staff took all our( heavy) luggage up to the room on arrival without been asked & brought them back down on check out !
The staff were professional, courteous & nothing was too much trouble .

Cons:

Although it was May , the weather was unseasonally cold & the room took along time to warm up , despite an additional stand alone heater.
The breakfast staff , whilst very pleasant were more than a little disorganised.
