Relaxing, heavenly get away! With wonderful staff and everything you needed!
Pros:

Beautiful property close to great shopping and cathedral. Room was beautiful and so relaxing. A super comfy bed!

Cons:

Only slight minus- was a warm evening so room windows were open and if people smoked outside and the smoking point the smell came in the room.

Luxury rooms and super friendly staff in central location
Pros:

Great location and high standard or furnishing and finish in complete sympathy with the property’s and build. Also outstanding breakfast in the morning

Cons:

Given how good the breakfast was its a shame it doesn’t offer evening meals

The two minor observations are meant to be helpful and in no way change our "excellent" rating.
Pros:

The overall ambience was extremely pleasant and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and professional.

Cons:

The only minor fault would be that there was insufficient hanging space for clothing in the room. Also, that the wooden "hangers" were annoyingly attached to the rail with the metal clips. These are so fiddly! These two observations can easily be acted upon.

The quality of our stay sets a standard for comparison, beating nearly all the others,
Pros:

The room was better than most - well-designed & well-appointed bathroom - comfortable bed & linen - privacy - air con - cleanliness & organisation.
Ideal as we were going to a performance in the (almost-adjacent) Theatre - we've booked for the next Theatre visit in a couple of months. (As the rooms appear to vary, it was good that we could specify the same room next time).
We are in out 80s and widely travelled and have experienced a large variety of hotels.

Cons:

The lack of an hotel car park. Although the overnight arrangements seem good, parking is a bit of a lucky dip if we arrive for an afternoon performance

还会再住，值得推荐
Pros:

地理位置很好，就在城市中心，周边有很多商场/超市/饭店；房内设施很高雅，老派风格有点像上海的和平饭店。

Cons:

早餐本身很不错，但相对于以上优点来说，要是能再提高一点点就完美了。

A delightful stay in the heart of Norwich in the only hotel in the city worth staying.
Pros:

Breakfast excelllent. Room (attic suite) excellent. Staff lovely. Location exceptional.

Cons:

Bed needs replacing because sags in middle and has done for last three or four years.
Room needs makeup/shaving mirror with light.
Parking. Include cost in room and sort out relationship with city so if guests want to leave car in car park between 11 am and 3 pm they can. You generate huge revenue for city.. use that leverage.
