Court séjour un peu décevant

Cons:

Bonnets de bain à mettre pour aller à la piscine dont une à l eau de mer.
Il manquait au petit déjeuner des œufs au plat. On nous dit ça arrive ça arrive et en fait pas du tout.
Au déjeuner il n y avait plus de poulpe grillé par exemple et bien c était la même chose. On attend on attend…
Des petites choses qui ne tiennent pas au mur dans la salle de bain…
Pas de séchoir à linge dehors alors qu il y en avait partout.
Tassé à café dégoûtante restée sur notre table devant la maison ne nous appartenant pas depuis notre arrivée , retirée au bout de 2 jours..

Heerlijk relaxed mooi schoon gastvrij! Echt vakantie.
Pros:

Twee grote zwembaden en privé strand. Veel bezoekers, toch was t overal rustig en netjes.
Genoeg plek voor iedereen!

Cons:

De lunchbar was prima. Het diner arrangement vonden wij wat minder. Het toekennen van gereserveerde tafels bij het ontbijt was onduidelijk. Wij hadden ook ontbijt gereserveerd. Kamer krap, maar goed bed en goede douche!

Eine sehr schöne Anlage, mit den Grünflächen und den runden Bungalows.

Cons:

Der Speissaal ähnelt eher einer Uni Mensa, von der Größe und Beleuchtung. Als Gast mit " nur" Frühstück, ist man Gast zweiter Klasse und wird in einen kleinen Frühstücksraum verfrachtet. Im großen Saal sind fast alle Tische reserviert für Gäste mit Halbpension. Mitarbeiter in der Regel mäßig freundlich... Schade !!! Die Anlage ist so schön und man könnte wirklich viel mehr daraus machen.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Torre Cintola. Everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, the facilities are spotless, the rooms are comfortable, and the views are simply breathtaking.

The staff was exceptional—always kind, welcoming, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. They truly made us feel at home throughout our stay.

The food was good, the atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail reflected the care and quality of the resort. It is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Puglia.

Cons:

One small suggestion for improvement would be the way staff members communicate with each other. On several occasions, we noticed employees being corrected in front of guests, and sometimes in a rather harsh manner. These conversations are better handled privately, as they can create an uncomfortable atmosphere for both the staff and the guests. Treating employees with respect and addressing feedback behind the scenes would make the overall experience feel even more welcoming and professional.
