A nice stay
Pros:

Great swimming pools especially the sea water one. Plenty of sun lounges and really nice grounds with access to the sea

Cons:

Food quality was OK. Buffet good value for money but lacked variety and taste. Better fruit and deserts in morning than in the evening

Stunning property. Great facilities. Clean rooms. Lots of space for kids to run around. Restaurant dinner was fabulous

Cons:

Check in was a long process and had to wait for available staff member. Staff were lovely though. The payment system was frustrating as you were unable to pay in the resort using credit card or cash rather have to load your room key with your credit card details.

To book for the Buffett dinner you had to visit reception. Where again you had to wait in line to make the booking which took some time.

Ok men inte mer än så.
Cons:

Tillkommande kostnader som ej informerats om. Inga möjligheter att köpa mat när man vill. Kom ner 22.30 till hotellet och de bad mig använda matleverans från Monopoli men när jag installerat appar så kör de inte den sträckan. Dålig städning och obefintlig frukost.

The rrooms were nice and clean. Property was well kept.

Cons:

Customer service was lacking. It was very difficult to order drinks at the pool bar. You can only use your room key and they kept saying our credit card wasn’t linked. They wouldn’t take cash or card and they wouldn’t help us get our credit card linked. We had to go to the front desk. This happened multiple times and they were not helpful at all. Customer service was lacking. Also, you have to wear a swim cap in the pool even if you aren’t putting your head in the water. It was an uncomfortable vibe.

Great base for 3 nights near Monopoli
Pros:

Rooms were all low rise and the hotel grounds were well kept.
Nice pool area and bars.

Cons:

Swimming hats!!??

Also the dining room felt v holiday camp - the breakfast buffet was v busy and choice wasn’t great.

El desayuno es espectacular, bastante surtido y todo fresco. Las amenidades e instalaciones son hermosas.

Cons:

No me notificaron sobre el horario de servicio de la cena y ya no pude disfrutar de comida completa a la carta, únicamente snacks del bar.

Pros:

Tutto è il secondo anno che andiamo e ci siamo trovati benissimo entrambe le volte, relax e tranquillità più assoluta, ma se si vuole ci sono tante attività da svolgere, non possiamo che consigliare e se avremo la possibilità ci torneremo sicuramente.

Cons:

L'unica cosa negativa che abbiamo riscontrato è stato il comportamento poco rispettoso della caposala nei confronti del personale di sala, la quale lì rimproverava a voce alta davanti ai clienti e con un tono non molto consono.
