Well worth the money. Would stay again.
Pros:

The price is excellent and the location is within a 15 min walk from the city centre and only 5 mins from a beautiful riverside park.
The room was comfortable and had air conditioning which worked well. The communal areas look old and dated but it adds character to the place.

Cons:

Parking is on the road outside and is not always available, also beware there are parking places that are prohibited. The Breakfast on offer is ok but nothing to write home about.

Pros:

La habitación que nos tocó es super espaciosa, buena iluminación, y el aire funcionaba perfectamente. El barrio tranquilo 15-20 minutos del centro andando. Y el desayuno fantástico.

El sitio es bonito y bien situado.

Cons:

No me gusto que la piscina muy pequeña en el mismo lugar donde desayunas sin sitio más que para dos personas, busque sitio con piscina y pague en función de tener piscina que no es cierto. Tampoco nos dijeron el horario de la piscina, el desayuno se supone que lo llevaban a la habitación y después de más de media hora tuvimos que preguntar, pasamos de llevarlo a la habitación a salir e ir al otro edificio donde la piscina. El segundo día tuve que volver a preguntar.
