Wonderful vacation, great location outside of city but close enough to go everywhere fast
Pros:

Love the breakfast, such a great deal to have free breakfast every morning. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Wish the bed was a little better. Too hard for me.

I really liked the size of the rooms, and breakfast every morning overall the place was really clean.I like how we were able to get fresh towels every day.

Cons:

I did not like the very limited channels on the TV, and that the tvs are not able to sign in to our streaming accounts. We were there on vacation for my husband's 40th birthday and he really wanted to watch the fight that was on Paramount plus and we were unable to get it on any of the TVs even downstairs in the dinning area. I think there should be more options especially since people use that as an extended stay.

Usually a go-to stay for us that fell a bit short this time.
Pros:

The front desk staff were so incredibly kind! The public areas were quiet and clean. The location is perfect for easy access to Downtown Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. There is easy access to plenty of parking.

Cons:

We’ve stayed at this location several times before and absolutely loved it. There is a reason we come back year after year. Unfortunately, this time was a bit of a let down. There was mud caked into the kitchenette area floor of our room when we checked in. The fire alarm went off repeatedly around 11:30 our first night. One of the side doors was not working during our entire stay. As we were loading up to head home, we watched a landscaper using a leaf blower in the parking lot. He blew debris and dust directly at people’s cars. We would’ve been really upset if that had been our vehicle since debris like that can damage the exterior of a vehicle. Overall, we just felt like the experience and quality were a bit disappointing compared to the many previous times we have stayed here.

Pros:

Our room and the common areas/grounds were very clean and well kept. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. Breakfast in the mornings was delicious, and we enjoyed every bit of our stay here.
Highly recommend.

חדרים גדולים ומרווחים, מקלחות נוחות

Cons:

כשהגענו התברר שהחדר שהזמנו כמה חודשים מראש (סוויטה עם שני חדרי שינה) נמסרה למישהו אחר. אמנם נמצא פתרון ללילה הראשון ובלילה השני עברנו לחדר הנכון אבל זה לא צריך לקרות. רמת התחזוקה של החדרים לא גבוהה ובכל חדר שהיינו הייתה לפחות בעיה אחת - אסלה שהניאגרה שלה לא מתמלאת לבד, דלת חדר אמבטיה שנתקעה לחלוטין וכו.

Cons:

We requested a roll in shower for someone in a wheelchair and we didn’t get it. We had a bathtub and a shower stall with a lip that prevented us from using it.

A wonderful stay with excellent staff, great amenities, and a perfect location—we’d happily stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to everything we wanted to do. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety each morning, and the Monday–Wednesday evening socials were a great bonus. The gym was well equipped, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. A special thank you to Que at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and always happy to offer recommendations that made our trip even better.

Cons:

Very little to dislike. The only minor issue was that breakfast could get a bit crowded during peak hours, but the staff kept everything stocked and clean.

Quite comfortable stay, great location.
Pros:

We had a one bedroom suite and it was quite spacious. Quiet hotel with good breakfast and nice staff. Great location, could be in Charleston in less than 15 minutes and surrounding beaches in less than 30

The living room furniture was a little dated looking.
