Pros:

Stanza comoda, buona posizione, staff cordiale.

Cons:

La colazione è stata buona nel complesso, ma non è ben chiaro il motivo per cui, pur essendo inclusa al momento della prenotazione, sono stati aggiunti degli extra fee che non erano menzionati prima. La chiarezza è totalmente mancata sia al momento della pasto che al pagamento finale. Il mio consiglio è di non pagare l'extra della colazione alla prenotazione e farla altrove.

The room phone didn’t work and it took me about an hour to contact room service. Other than that it was great. 👍🏻

Comfort room.
Pros:

Service and accomodations.

Cons:

The valet guys surronding my vehicle to compete for my tip. Somehow, they knew I was a big tipper and four of the valet guys three black and one hispanic surronded my vehicle to assist with loading my very light luggage in my car after I checked out of the hotel. Four guys was not necessary. I was working with the hispanic guy who had serviced me with a luggage cart and took my escorted me and my luggage to the front enterence.
