The floors and the bathroom was not clean.
I had biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs. It was deilicious!
We enjoyed the breakfast, pool and overall cleanliness of the hotel! The staff was also very helpful and friendly. My son lost his goggles on the elevator one of the days we were there and we didn't realize it until the next day. I went to the front desk to check the lost and found and the woman working knew right away that she had them! I would highly recommend.
The pool was cold for being inside and the chlorine was very strong. But we enjoyed it otherwise!
The hotel was easy to get in and out of.
The pool area needs better ventilation.

Long time for check in
The hotel's location was excellent, with a very clean environment and a pleasant aroma. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were friendly. The mattress was extremely comfortable, and I greatly appreciated the blackout shades.
During my stay, the ice machine on my floor was unavailable for the last two days. Also, the sliding glass doors on the shower were quite hard to open and close.
I had a wonderful stay. The room was extremely neat, tidy, and well-organized, which made the stay very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered good variety and quality.
Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One area that could be improved is the response time for maintenance requests. Our bathroom sink was draining very slowly, and after we informed the front desk, it took about three hours for someone from the maintenance team to come and resolve the issue. Having maintenance staff available to respond more quickly would make the guest experience even better.

The location was close to our destination. The breakfast was very good and our room and the common areas were clean.
I wish the lighting in the bathroom would have been brighter. It was VERY dim.
