Das Hotel ist an einer tollen Lage, mit schöner Aussicht und einer modernen Infrastruktur. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wir hatten einen leicht stechenden Geruch im Zimmer, der leider permanent da war. Getränke und Leihfahrräder sind zudem überteuert. Wir hatten auch permanent Probleme mit der Schlüsselkarte.

Excellent boutique hotel in charming Monfort d’Alba
Pros:

We loved the town of Monfort d’Alba and this hotel’s location on the top of the hill. The staff was so pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable and clean.
We liked the extensive breakfast each morning. (With excellent and attentive service). We had dinner one night at the hotel— food was small portions but very good. We particularly enjoyed having afternoon wine and snacks out by the pool and taking in the views.

Cons:

Our room had a bathtub outside the bathroom and the shower was not fully enclosed, which led to the floor getting wet with showering-a minor inconvenience. The room was quite warm as the Air Conditioning was not yet available in early May. I do wish hotels would publish the dates AC and heat are available when their use is restricted as this practice is not common worldwide so is often an uncomfortable surprise to us.

Sehr teuer in Vergleich zu Cinque Terre, Toscane oder irgendwo anders in Italien!

Kein Service am Pool, schweine teuere Preise, man zahlt in ganz Italien 6 euro für einen Amaro, hier sind es 10 und man muss das Getränk auch noch selber holen. Kleines Zimmer, fast kein Licht, Frühstück lala…

Das Hotel kann empfohlen werden.
Pros:

Soweit war alles sehr gut. Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage. Ferner sind die Angestellten sehr Service orientiert. Auch die Empfehlungen für ein gutes Restaurant im Ort ist kompetent.

Cons:

Dass am Dienstag und Mittwoch Abend die Küche geschlossen bleibt, entspricht nicht einem fünf Sterne Niveau. Es ist für einen Kunden nicht ideal, dass er diese Einschränkung erst vor Ort erfährt.
