Helpful friendly people great room and location. Good breakfast
Pros:

The first room we had the bed was probably fine for most but we prefer a larger bed so the lady on reception did not hesitate to move us to a room with a larger bed. Which turned out to be a fabulous suite.

Lovely hotel, I would love to come back.

Wunderbares Hotel
Pros:

Tolles Hotel direkt an der Promenade von Douglas. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und komfortabel ausgestattet. Die kostenfreie Minibar wird täglich befüllt. Tolles Frühstück mit Buffet und a la Carte Optionen. Sehr freundliches Personal was immer hilfsbereit ist.
Die Lage eignet sich wunderbar für Ausflüge über die Insel denn die Pferdebahn fährt in der Nähe ab, zum Bahnhof sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß und direkt vor dem Hotel fahren regelmäßig Busse ab. Direkt um die Ecke liegt die Fußgängerzone mit zahlreichen Geschäften, Cafés und Restaurants.
Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Spotlessly clean hotel with lovely added little touches, such as cans of coke, bottles of water and chocolate topped up every day.
All staff were very polite and friendly.
Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order.

Comfortable and friendly ambiance; all staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Bedroom was very comfortable, spacious, modern and well designed

Cons:

Dining choices at breakfast and dinner were varied; portions invariably too generous! Parking required too much thought to optimise disc and paid parking

Gorgeous place and worth the money
Pros:

The room was stunning, complimentary mini fridge too was so lovely. Also the mood lighting in the room was very fancy, so clean and the staff where lovely
