Just amazing & comfortable
Pros:

Its location was fabulous loved our room it was spotlessly clean the breakfast service was amazing lots of choice & all cooked perfectly & ate in beautiful setting outside must mention the chef & the lovely Raymando who was on hand to help at breakfast time nothing was too much trouble for him he actually made our holiday as he was always welcoming & happy

Our room was perfect as was our balcony opposite the church at the side

Top Hotel in bester Lage. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder
Pros:

Schönes großes Zimmer mit sehr großem Balkon und die Lage ist unübertroffen. Auch das Frühstück in dem wunderschönen Garten war ganz toll. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück bietet alles was das Herz begehrt.

Amazing ..staff so helpful ..I was a solo traveler

Everything was so clean and comfortable it was perfect location breakfast was lovely staff were amazing,only one thing I was asked not to sit on one of the chairs on the terrace as only allocated to the rooms on the terrace and that wasn’t from the staff it was from a guest who wasn’t even sitting on the terrace apart from that I couldn’t fault a thing it was amazing

Cons:

It didn’t have a pool but there sister hotel did and I received a receipt to use it and the staff there and pool area were perfect

ottima posizione davanti al lago e in centro città, camera grande con scrivania, frigobar, ventilatore a pale sul soffitto e aria condizionata! bagno molto grande, balcone con sdraio e tavolino vista lago! colazione completa dal dolce al salato, frutta, yogurt, cereali, succhi di frutta ecc. parcheggio auto in hotel. prezzo giusto per la settimana di ferragosto

visto l'ampio bagno avrei messo al posto della vasca con doccia solo una doccia più grande!

L’ emplacement de l’ hôtel face au lac

Pas de parking possible parce que j ́ étais client booking. Il y avait un parking de 20 places avec seulement 3 voitures. Photos à l’appui .
J’ ́ai demandé à la patronne pour en avoir une en payant un supplement....Pas possible.
Donc parking payant de la ville à 2€/h jour et nuit..
Soit 48€ / jour. Ou aller garer à 10 ́ de l ́hôtel......
Salle de bain à refaire totalement. Porte essuies ne tient que d ́un côté, juste une vis à remettre.
Grille d’ aération rouillée. Joints de carrelage manquants. Douche supprimée mais arrivées d’ eau toujours présentes. Bricolage d ́ une douche dans une baignoire de 1950......
Meuble de rangement des linges d’ une autre époque avec un trou en plein milieu de la porte....
Bref......plus jamais. Et à la place de Booking , pas fier d’ envoyer vos clients au Terminus.

Von der ersten Minute an, haben wir uns so dermaßen gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Sämtliche Wünsche wurden uns sofort erfüllt. Das Personal war so unglaublich freundlich und das war vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag der Fall. Bin selbst aus der Hotellerie tätig und war einfach begeistert. Das Hotel hat eine sehr lange Geschichte und ich kann nur hoffen das es den Charme bei behält. Es ist vielleicht nicht so wichtig, für manche, aber die Matratzen waren super. Haben alle soo geschlafen. Frühstück alles was man braucht. Danke an das ganze Team und wir kommen definitiv wieder

Everything was perfect for our visit. There was a lovely choice of food for breakfast and it was central for where we wanted to go. The staff were all very helpful but Francesca was amazing! She helped us so much and was really friendly.

Hotel ligt erg mooi in een kleine baai op een ,vwb het Gardameer, rustige plek. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goed ontbijt, alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. Het geheel is wel wat gedateerd, maar wie daar doorheen kan kijken, vindt er een prima verblijf.
